I highly recommend going to any other McDonalds in the Fond du Lac area. The service at this location is very unpleasant. I was in the drive thru, so first off, ever so conveniently, the ordering screen just so happened to be “down” so I couldn’t confirm my order. The order was totally wrong when I came up to the window and was given the receipt. I said very clearly that I would like the 2 cheeseburger meal, both cheeseburgers with only ketchup and pickles, with light ketchup and large fries. The receipt said I had ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 1 only onions and pickles, no cheese and 1 only cheese and extra ketchup. I mentioned that the order was rung in wrong and he flat out looked at me and went back to what he was doing. A nice young lady said “if you could pull up to the gate at the front, it’ll actually be a minute.” 1 minute turned into 5 minutes and by the time I got the food, it was all cold and the order still wasn’t corrected. I tried to say something but the employee just walked away without saying anything to me. The food looked as if it was thrown in the bag carelessly and the burgers were hardly wrapped. I can say that for certain because there was ketchup all over the inside of the bag and around the burger wrapper itself on the outside of it. One of the burgers was half sticking out of the wrapper and the wrappers weren’t even taped stut with the stickers. They correctly gave me large fires, but they were so oily and greasy that I couldn’t even eat a handful of them without getting sick.
When I pulled in, there were only 3 cars total in the parking lot and I now understand why.
Between the disappointing customer service, the inaccuracy of food orders, and the all around poor service provided, it is my recommendation to go elsewhere if you are craving McDonald’s.
I applaud the young lady that came to the window and actually provided decent customer service

Started fine. I asked if I could have new fries because they gave me refried old ones. They said ok and came back with more refried fries. I could see the oil. It was clear they weren’t going to make me new fries, so I’m writing a review. In the middle of a 7 hour road trip to upper Michigan in a snow Strom with my kids. Kids that love McDonald’s fries but didn’t touch them at this location. One later threw up.

Two breakfast sandwiches served on a NOT fresh biscuit that was actually hard. Not crispy…hard. the orange juice was sour and not friendly service either . This is only the second time I have purchased anything from this location and both times it was horrendous. I’ve had no problems with other locations but this one on military I would not recommend.

Went to the drive through after traveling through southern wisconsin. Stopped here and got my daughter a happy meal. As soon as she opened it and moved the apples a stink bug popped up and scared her. I immediately closed it and took it back inside. The lady that came up to the counter was helpful, threw away the old happy meal, and remade it. When describing what happened to the drive thru person, the drive thru person said, “She’s probably just trying to get a free happy meal” not realizing I could clearly hear her. She did come up to apologize, however I made sure to point out that the happy meal in the trash was completely untouched, and I did NOT just want a free happy meal, just one free of bugs.

Got family meal. 2 Big Mac 2 med French fries 2 10 chicken nuggets. $22.00. not bad price, I had better deals. Place was a little messy

Easy in and out, food is standard I can say if you get customized orders just double check they may be missing things such as extra sauce or other stuff if in drive-thru.

Spent my entire lunch waiting in the drive thru for my mobile order. Finally got up to the window and was told their mobile system was down and they couldn’t process my order or give a refund for 2 business days. Left with no food and less money. I had to go back to work hungry because I didn’t have enough time to go somewhere else. I would have appreciated being told at the ordering process that the system was down. Then I could have left and had more time to get food somewhere else.
