I ordered a Mcgriddle this morning and as i was eating it something fell out. I then realized it was a piece of chewed up gum. I called the location to let them know and the manager was incredibly rude and not helpful. He asked if I wanted a coupon and I said no I just wanted to let you know because it’s really gross. He told me he found it very hard to believe because it was against the rules to chew gum. Weird considering I found chewed up gum in my food and do not chew gum.

Got two snack wraps both chickens were rough and hard to chew and had no ranch on them either (I got ranch snack wraps) he made one of the sandwiches a meal so I paid for the fry and I didn’t want it I just wanted a drink in addition to the sandwiches so I was charged for something I never said I wanted. Got a HOT chocolate and it was warm at best. The fries weren’t even hot and I spent almost $40 on my whole order

The food is all right, but dang.It sure is messy, and it looks like they slapped the stuff together.It could be a little bit more better instead of looking like you got half your bun.Sliding off your burger. Sometimes the fries are cold, learn. My lesson order it without salt. So they have to make it fresh without salt. So you know you’re gonna get hot fries. Otherwise than that can’t complain too much.

Ordered my food and they still made it wrong. Very rude when I was at the window, also your manager threw something at the drive threw window when I was sitting there. Waited extra time for her to come back and fix the order she took from me never said sorry or any thing.

I have given them the benefit of the doubt long enough. Did mobile order and my food is wrong. Missing extra sausage patty and when I called the store at 550 which they are open left to ring until asking for remote code for their voicemail. No reason I need to call 4 times and still not get an answer.

Had a very poor experience at the New London location recently so we tried this one and it’s a night and day difference. The workers here were really friendly, got our order 100% correct, and were very fast. The group that run this location need to teach some other locations around them how it’s done.

Could hardly hear the person over speaker. Ordered 2 double cheese & 2 mcchickens. Was told to park in spot 1, waited 5 minutes, kid comes walking up with food and says “2 double cheese & 2 mcchicken” now I could tell right away there was not 4 burgers in the bag. He hands it to me, open it and only 2 mcchickens. Yelled for the kid, let him know, 5 minutes later get other 2 sandwiches.
Altogether, couldnt hear, tried to send me off with 2/4 sandwiches, spent 20 min waiting for 4 sandwiches. Not so much as a hey, our bad and some people with ZERO common sense.

Food is always good. Staff has always been friendly. The playland is the coolest in the Valley and it’s always so dirty. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages.
