OK Folks another Great South Florida Mexican/Cuban restaurant. This restaurant is conveniently located in Pembroke Pines inside the strip mall area with good parking. The interior and atmosphere of the restaurant is very clean. Also very tidy and neat. Great for lunch or dinner, my guest and I had lunch there today. I ordered the chicken soft taco with a chicken enchilada, rice and beans. My guest ordered two chicken tacos, rice and beans. The food was superb, Fresh tasty absolutely on point! Also our server Diana created a very good atmosphere for us to relax and enjoy. Two thumbs up for Diana. I would go here again and again, check this place out. Perhaps I’ll see you there. Excellent experience I highly recommend. Cheers

Avoid if you want authentic Mexican food. I ordered an elote and tacos plate to go during my lunch. When I touched my food the corn was cold to the touch. As if it was JUST taken out of the refrigerator… the tacos were literally disgusting, I thought for a second I was eating dog food. The tomato used in the tacos were diced canned watery tacos, gagging at the thought. I had to scarf down the room temperature rice and beans and the ketchup sized guacamole because I was STARVING. My good lord, to anyone who will listen, do yourself the favor and hit up Taco Bell.

Visited Don Pepe Restaurant III in Pembroke Pines, Florida and had a delightful dining experience! The Fish Tacos were absolutely delicious—perfectly seasoned and expertly presented, truly a treat for the taste buds. For dessert, the Flan was equally divine, with a creamy texture and just the right amount of sweetness.

Alongside my meal, I enjoyed a rich and robust Double Espresso that was just the pick-me-up I needed.

Our awesome server, Kerliz , added to the experience with her exceptional hospitality. She was attentive, friendly, and truly made us feel welcome. It’s service like hers that makes a meal memorable!

I highly recommend visiting Don Pepe Restaurant III. Be sure to watch as your food is prepared; it’s part of the charm of this place. Don’t miss out on a great meal and wonderful service—make it your next dining destination!

This was my first visit and I will return. The food was seasoned well, the service was great and the outdoor seating was a nice option. I visited on a Sunday afternoon and it was not busy. I especially liked the salsa because it was tasty but not spicy. The portion size was appropriate and the sweet tea was not too sweet.

Definitely, one of the best Cuban/Mexican in Pembroke Pines. True classic dishes throughout the menu. Upon entering i was greeted and was seated very nicely. Immediately upon being seated chips and salsa were brought to our table with water.

Service was great and the food tasted amazing. Their Mofongo and Steak is worth the visit. The food was delicious for the price and they give large portions. I did leave with leftovers that were eaten not even an hour after leaving.

PS: Always order a Tres Leche before leaving

Without a doubt, one of the best restaurants in South Florida—at any price. That being said, prices are very, very reasonable. Consistently provides excellent (Mexican, Cuban, and more!) food and absolutely exceptional service. What you’d hope for and expect in an owner run restaurant. Have tried many menu items and have never been disappointed. They make amazing Mojitos and have the best black beans! Make sure to leave room for a flan or other awesome end to your meal, and one of their incredible cappuccinos which are served with an artistic flair! By the way, if you like airplanes, you’ll be at the right place, as you’ll get to see many aircraft taking off or landing at North Perry Airport which is right next door! Certainly makes for an enjoyable dinner date, family event, or midday lunch! Staff speaks both English and Spanish. Highly recommend, without any hesitation.

As of today my service was amazing then it became HORRIBLE, all because I told the cashier at the front door. That I paid 29.95 to. That I didn’t like the mango flavor drink. And may she make me a strawberry instead. The way she huff and puff you would’ve thought I asked her for a million things. My first drink was filled and when she gave me my cup again it was filled how it’s showing in the picture. So I said something to her and she went and got another lady. And she going to say it because she didn’t put a lot of ice and that’s how the margaritas come… huh ???? I paid for the drink. I didn’t even know she was the one even making the drinks…. My bad they had you working cashier and bartender. But you don’t treat people like that when they’ve paid their money for something…

First time here and it was a Wednesday so of course the place was almost empty, which did not bother us. Waitress was very nice an attentive and the service was quick. Chips and salsa they offer were ok although salsa was a bit watery with no spice nor much flavor. The flautas and fajitas were very good, but the chimichanga not so much. The margaritas were delicious, wish they were bigger. Now, I recommend you ask the prices of the drinks before ordering, because it can get very expensive especially if you decide to upgrade to a better tequila like we did.
