This is the 10th and last time now. This McDonalds is BEYOND awful. From 2/3rds of the employees being rude and incompetent to the food just NEVER being right and at this point, I think it’s blatant. My kids wanted no onions on their burgers and that’s what the slips even say but each burger has a deliberate amount of onions on the bottom buns. Every burger. The line is always so long and the wait is always at least 10+ minutes so it’s never even worth going in or back through the line because the staff will be down right rude to you. I used to go here for breakfast every week day morning and I literally drive all the way across town to stay away from this place. I will no longer be going to this Jackson street McDonalds. This has been way too many times.

The food was ok. Typical McDonald’s. I placed a doordash order an specifically requested items that come with the McDonald’s mononpoly game pieces. 10pc nugs, large soda, large fry, and a quarter pounder. Not a single one had the game pieces. All old packaging.They even broke up my 10pc into a 4pc and a 6pc box. Not the first time this happened this month. Its even on my receipt to get game peices. They’re obviously keeping them all for themselves.

went to mcdonald’s on jackson st tonight. waited in the drive thru line, seriously, for about 25 minutes before my order was taken (there was one car in front of me and that’s it). i ordered 2 happy meals and 2 regular “adult” meals. the happy meals were fine, i got the bag for the rest of our food. literally half of my order was missing. i grabbed my receipt and went back into the store. it took another 8 ish minutes until someone “helped” me. the manager was VERY rude, uncooperative and in the end, i ended up leaving without my food… that i had paid almost $35 for… save your time. go to a different location. such a shame….

Came in around 4pm today to order thru drive thru no cars in line. Waited a long time to place my order. A car pulled up to the other speaker and got their order place before me. Went to the payment windows to pay a girl was on her phone and then just walked away with out taking my payment. Waited for someone to take my payment and nothing. Drove off you guys need better training and better services

Place is filthy. Especially the bathroom. It’s only 1045am. No excuses for a filthy bathroom. I literally witnessed a female manager sneeze into her own hand and then without washing her hands takes a customers open food to their table! One male manager has hair longer than any women I know and not wearing a hairnet or hat. Gross. Eat here at your own risk. Killian management group owns all these McDonald’s and they all look filthy.

They seem to go light or just don’t put on any breakfast sauce.
Then when I complained they charged extra for a side of the sauce that is supposed to go on it.

Came through tonight got a few wraps and some nuggets and the drive through girl working at 10pm was so rude. She didn’t greet us and it was all one word talking. “What you want” is how it started. Just all around rude. Food is always amazing just bad service tonight

Longest wait time of any McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Doesn’t matter if there’s 1 person in front of you, it will somehow take them 45 minutes to make a single item. Half of their menu is usually unavailable and the dining room is never open. When it is, it’s absolutely filthy. This location should close permanently if staffing is such an issue. Instead of having three poorly run locations, downsize to one that actually functions.
