Drive through. Order a plain cheeseburger. No ketchup no pickle no cheese. Mcchicken add big Mac sauce. Ranch snack wrap, caramel macchiato, hot chocolate and fries. Received a cheeseburger with everything on it, mcchicken with mustard on it. A ranch wrap with no ranch except a small portion at the end. A iced caramel macchiato with no ice that tasted like plain milk no coffee. The fries were fine, and the hot chocolate took 3 people to make and the one holding the cup licked her finger while making it and then went back to making it after. Gross, everything was messed up. Never coming here again.( the lady that took our order was very nice and did everything perfect)

We entered and Nate greeted us. It went down hill from there. We ordered the same thing we had on Saturday, and the total came up .83 higher. I asked why. Nate said and he said 2 syrups are 40 each. I asked why on Saturday we were not charged for extra syrup. His response was sometimes they are nice. He gave me the 83 back threw my order together in a bag, which i ordered indoors.i asked my for coffe right away. He did not get it. Someone else gave it to me as he slammed my bag on the counter. I opened the bad. Only 1 syrup each. He said i have to pay extra for 2. I asked for manager. He pointed to himself. Another girl looked and said she is a manager alsoand gave me the syrup. I asked for names cause no one wears a name tag. We will never eat there again

The food was so bad I had to throw it away got a fish sandwich and fries very disappointing and the service was poor stood by the front checkout for a couple minutes before anyone would even acknowledge me not cool I even went in to get fresher food that didn’t happen

This has to be the worst McDonald’s out there, you wait and wait for your food and are assuming since you wait over 15 min that the food is going to be fresh, but your served cold fries, cold burgers! And some of there employees stand around talking to there friends and being rude as hell. This place needs a compliance check from cooperate or something.

Waited in drive thru for an hour just to get our order wrong. Stated they were busy walked inside to get the rest of my food saw about 10 people waiting for their food and about 8-10 employees. Very unorganized. Could of went to a sit down restaurant, get our food and eat it all in the time frame it took us to get “fast food”. Ridiculous!!!

Stopped at around 8:15pm on a Saturday, dining inside with 4 people. Took a few moments for any of the employees to even acknowledge we were there, everyone seemed only to care about the drive thru. Once we ordered, it took much longer than it should have to get our food. The store was not any busier than what I would say is normal Mcdonald’s traffic. In addition to slow service, the store was a disaster. My shoes stuck to the floor after standing by the drink area, the drink station was a mess, floors were filthy and garbage was strewn about. It very much appeared like none of the employees wanted to move too quickly or work too hard. The store itself was modern and updated nicely, just poor service.

Never received our food IN the restaurant. We waited 35 minutes with a hungry 4 year old. We left and went to Kwik trip. One of rhe employees was talking to his friends on other side of counter clearly not working dropping F bombs right in front of manager who did nothing to correct the problem. The store and bathrooms were dirty. I will never stop there again. We asked for our money back and left.

I got you’re kind of late and I ordered a special burger and a special Sunday and they mailed it. It was really good most the time McDonald’s messes it up when I order these special things. They did a good job.
