I have never been so disgusted with staff at a restaurant. The cashier screwed up our order, and the manager had the nerve to say to us, “Maybe next time a little honesty would help.” YOUR cashier messed up, and you call us liars?? Seriously, stay far away from this restaurant. Absolutely horrible service and the worst management I’ve ever dealt with at a restaurant.

It’s not even filled all the way to the top they didn’t even mix the chocolate all the way through by the time we got to the window cuz we went through drive-thru there was at least four or five employees just talking giggling not even doing anything it was a mess and every time I go my order keeps getting messed up what is going on there

Very unfriendly and rude lady working today. Asked what was in my order and then as I read it off she said I don’t know why your reading it off. She had an attitude throughout our visit. Was yelling at all the rest of staff.

This is the best McDonald’s experience I’ve had in 30 years. The fries were fresh, crispy, and firm; the employees were courteous and “on the ball;” And the sandwich looked like it does in a magazine or TV and tasted even better [juicy(not greasy), not salty, and extremely flavorful]. FYI this was 10:30p.m. on a Tuesday. Great work Spooner!

I still don’t get why the lobby is still closed all the time here. I usually use the app any way and that still takes time for someone to bring it out. But only problem we have is when they get a order wrong you have to stand out by the drive up window to talk to someone about the mistake. Like today got a Big Mac box with a fish sandwich in it. Of course lobby’s lock and phone goes to a voicemail. I think too many are taking advantage of lack of staffing. When you have order app and self order kiosk inside.
