If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in at 9:14 pm 12/30/25 I come here and every time there’s a problem i use the app which saves my points that I earn. I had worked all day and had a free mcchicken reward all I wanted to do was eat. I give my code to the girl 5 times she says go ahead pull up then when I get to the window they say they didn’t get my code. It took my points and reward and they didn’t even offer me my mcchicken even after showing proof I had one. They made a mistake on their end and couldn’t fix it

They went out of their way to make sure our order took longer after I ordered on the app and drove 10 minutes to get there to be the only one in line the whole time I was there. The guy who answered the drive up was very rude. Our food was cold and they went out of their way to add extra pickles and onions to a burger we wanted plain (and hot). I totally get it though, I can’t imagine how absolutely hard it was to do what they get paid for and make my food in their last hour of being open. I hope the children they have back there can develop some sort of pride in their work by the time they grow up.

Ordered the big breakfast and didn’t notice that they forgot the pancakes (the main part of the meal) until I was 20 minutes away. They don’t answer the phones this is the second time this week that they have forgotten something in my order at this location. I will reframe from going to this McDonald’s again.

My husband and I decided to walk in because drive through was taking forever. Order 2 breakfast sandwiches, 3 hash browns and 2 drinks. Took 20 min!! Our muffins were burnt! It was awful and we won’t be visiting it again

Traveling For work this morning (November 18th, 2021 @ 8:38am). Stopped in to your McDonald’s (Stanley Wisconsin) to grab a quick breakfast. The ordering experience was fairly normal. The person taking my order was upbeat, respectful and seemed as if customer service was on their radar. Ordered oatmeal with a sausage McGriddle and coffee. I’m not quite sure what happened in the 12 secs it took me to get from the ordering screen to the second window to pay but WOW!!! I can’t believe the treatment I got at the window. Absolutely rude staff and customer service. Young lady at the window rudely takes my card, angerly hands me my coffee and just about slings my food at me. The entire time not saying anything. No “hello”, “here you go” or “bye, have a great day”. Literally no words…just a whole lot of perceived anger, aggression and rudeness. Again, I’m not exactly sure what happened in the few seconds it took me to get to the window, or what it was about me that instantly changed the tone of our interaction but…wow! Despite the horrible experience and mind boggling change in attitude, I still smiled, maintained professionalism and conducted myself with class. Only wish I had gotten the same treatment and respect!
