Placed an online order and waited about 30 minutes for our food. First someone came out and tried to give me an order than wasn’t even mine then when our food finally came out the fries were ice cold so I hobbled back in on my crutches to get new ones and was met with less than friendly service. When I left and got to our destination I noticed there was no sauce for the nuggets, the lemonade and hi-c were watered down like they had been sitting in ice for a while and the chocolate milk completely missing. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I understand mistakes happen but after having dealt with attitude when I went in for new fries.. I don’t want to come back here, period.

Obviously no team work here and terrible service had 2 cars pull in and order in the other lane after we had been sitting there waiting in the drive through before we even were talked to. On top of that we’re told we had a minute wait on our food which took more than 10 minutes to be brought out and the lady didn’t even know what orders went where. I’ve never had such terrible messy service. My burger is squished and smeared with ketchup as well. I will never eat here again we just stopped as we were driving through town for a quick lunch. Very disappointing.

Don’t review often but needed to share today. Stopped in for quick dinner, lobby needs attention, heard as we waited for our meal from kitchen “pull early” than someone else state “why pull early, let it cook through” which is never something you want to hear as your waiting on your meal. Don’t feel like getting potentially sick today for wait times to be met. Than slight inconvenience of monopoly stickers not on items they should be on.

Food was good. Survis needs work. Received wrong drink . Top was not secured split all over me and my car. After the employee tried to give me another person’s order. Maybe they were having a bad day. I will probably return. There a good stopping point.

One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to , ever 2 weeks I come here after driving through with the kiddos . But it ends now . Its alway something here this time I ordered adult meal box . Rhetorical had no salt left . Yet its added in costs . Took them 17.5mins to get 3 kids meals to us in drive through they pulled everyone ahead . Then was rude , gave me a regular coke not diet , had onions on my burger after asking not to . Its no onion on receipt. Messed up 2 of the 3 kids meals by not adding the sauces, and wrong drinks . We were missing the extra fries ….just a complete failure

The food was good, regular McDonald’s food. The restaurant section was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. There was ketchup and spilled pop all over the counter, food on the tables, seats, and floor. Seems like nobody ever cleans there. Laziness.

at first we opened up our bag and saw that everything was just thrown in the bag, all the fries were upside down, nothing we wrapped correctly. we didn’t care much because we just wanted to eat BUT found HAIR in our fries. just disgusting and unsanitary. and now, after seeing all the other bad reviews, which is the majority of the reviews, I’m definitely not coming back here again.

Gave me 8 nuggets in a 10 count… blamed it on a rush. I waited in line for 30 minutes. Lady on the phone was rude after I tried calling 5 different times and she told me “ well do you wanna come back for the two?” Great customer service….

Sat in the drive thru line for 15 minutes. Cashiers hands were dirty when swiping my card. Sat for another 15 minutes while food was prepared. Food was meh. There are other locations.
