no stars. long wait for an order when we were the only ones there, our shamrock shakes were NEON green and extremely minty, absolutely disgusting, threw them away. I normally love a shamrock shake and very much enjoyed the one I had at a different location a day before. We also asked for no whipped cream, but got whipped cream, and missed other modifications. In other instances they’ve forgotten food items many times and modifications. I come to this location expecting the same as other locations, this one is the closest to me. Everytime I go to this location specifically I regret it. I have seen online in the past of workers posting about using extra syrup to get rid of it faster, to stop needing to make them anymore, I believe this is happening at this location.

I had placed an order through the app at 7:42 PM. When I arrived at the location and ordered it was 8:01 PM. I waited over 20 minutes for food. The person in front of me had waited and the people behind me, waited about the same amount of time. About 15 minutes into my weight. I just decided to drive to the parking lot and go in and grab my food where I proceeded to wait another five-ish minutes. It was a complete inconvenience because I was on a time frame. I was hoping this location had changed when it came to their service, but I was wrong.

This McDonald’s is good. I come here like 3 times a week through the drive-through but this time was way different, my sprite wasn’t filled up all the way and I couldn’t really hear the person on the speaker. (I get if they were new but please speak up)

I’ve been in the drive through for 30 minutes, and the cars have only moved one time. I made my order on the app, gave them my code and now I’m sandwiched in the drive through.

The food was disgusting! It was cold and rubbery. My fries were very salty like as If they dipped it in oil and put it in the salt thing. I was waiting for someone to come and do my order for like 10 minutes, while one of the workers was just standing there staring us? She had blue hair. The same girl in kitchen, with blue hair was eating one of the nuggets from the crate without gloves. I was deeply disturbed and disgusted, I was also across the store in the corner minding my business when you could hear people in kitchen swearing! Unbelievable. No worker should be swearing with customers around that’s unprofessional and inconsiderate.

I ordered 3 sausage egg cheese McMuffins and 2 hashbrowns.
I waiting for almost 15 min just for them to tell me “its going to be a little longer”. They either don’t know what their doing or they don’t care. I’m very disappointed with this place.

Absolutely horrible service. There was swearing going on in the back area and in the kitchen.
Waited almost 10 minutes just to place the order another 10 minutes to wait in line to pay and then almost 15 minutes until my food was done. The fries were burnt and my food wasn’t even put together. It was just thrown together. For all that waiting And when I brought up that the food was thrown together I didn’t even get a sorry we’ll fix it. They just looked at me and shrugged.

All this place does is piss me off. Took 30 minutes to get an order I placed ahead of time, not even that busy. Messed up my order badly in the past. All that for some overpriced slop that barely fills your stomach. Never want to come back here.

Zero stars ⭐️ Staff never knows what they’re doing. Long waits for mobile orders that are simple. It’s faster to go to a different location that’s farther away
Edited to say the buns were rubbery as if they were a few extra days old & our son who loves McDonald’s kept asking if the “new guy made the fries because something is off about them.” He refuses that we ever go to this location again.

Self service kiosks were extremely greasy and unkempt, as was the entirety of the restaurant. Did not receive receipt, then received pushback when our order was incorrect, as we had “proof”.
Bathrooms were overflowing with bins of dirty and used paper towel/tissues. Ketchup dispenser was out of order, which is the new normal at most McDonald’s, but they did not offer packets in lieu.
Also, noticed numerous workers not wearing uniforms to protocol, i.e. one employee was wearing a very clearly unwashed and dirty John Deere hoodie, and also was stumbling and stammering around both the kitchen area as well as dining area.
Food was also incorrect, hence above pushback by employees,.what food happened to be correct was actually cold. Not even heat lamp like warm.
