It is shocking how incompetent the workers at this McDonald’s are. I have a better experiences at the McDonald’s in the hood of Milwaukee. For being in small town Mosinee it really shouldn’t be this difficult. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve gotten my order wrong

I generally don’t leave negative reviews even on the occasion of terrible service because sometimes you just don’t know what might be going on in one’s life that may cause them to have an off day.
With that being said, I do feel this needs to be shared/addressed. I was recently in drive thru and was absolutely appalled by watching 2 employees groping one another behind the counter. The girl had black hair with shaved sides and I didn’t get a good look at the boy, but he was wearing black glasses. I have no idea if they knew I was still there or if they just didn’t care but WOW. I won’t get into details but I do think that for Anyone in ANY profession should keep their personal relations/lives at home or at least behind closed doors and not in plain sight for all customers to see!
While at your place of work employees should to have self respect/dignity. It also wouldn’t take an extreme amount of effort to at least pretend to act professional!
Not sure where members of Management stands on this behavior, but what I do know is if I were to act in this same manner as these two individuals at my place of employment, I would be walked out the door on the spot.

Went through drive thru, ordered almost &40 in food. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch with no pickle, got home and this is the all ranch I got!!!! Almost $7 sandwich and have to add my own ranch. Very disappointed

It seems all too common to be disappointed by McDonald’s these days. There’s a few good ones out there but for the most part I’m always disappointed in my choice. In this case, I should have just went across the street to KwikTrip for a hot sandwich. I ordered two double cheeseburgers with extra pickles. I had to wait which was unusual considering it’s buy one get one for a dollar. As usual, one of the patties on each of the burgers was only about 25% on the bun itself. The cheese was unmelted, all the pickles stacked up in one place, and both burgers were ice cold. When the gal gave me my bag, she just said “here”. I think I’m just done with McDonald’s. I’m not “lovin’ it” these days.

Came through Mosinee McDonald’s tonight and sat in the drive through for over 10 minutes. Ended up going in with no one coming to the counter. Ordered on the kiosk-out of paper and unsure which order is mine. Finally got my food and shared that the drive through wasn’t working. He replied that the headset died. I shared the kiosk is out of paper, “yeah we know”. Going to get our drinks-counter was filthy with soda spills. Again sharing to let them know, the response “we’ll get to it. We’re busy.” Asked to talk to the manager-that was the manager. He then shared, “we’re busy getting ready for the owners coming tomorrow.” Wonder how the owner would feel knowing what today was like for customers.

I got there this morning at 5 and their drive through said they were closed yet when I went around the side of the building a worker was leaning outside of the second window talking with another person. Your hours say you open at 5, I guess you don’t.
