Sweet tea always old & watered down,
Cookies they bake a bunch at 6:00 am when nobody even ordering them, then try to sell me that at 9:30 am almost 4 hours later & they be all cold and hard. At least the coffee was hot and McMuffin was good, that’s about it, don’t order tea or cookies here, this location need help

The morning crew is pretty good, but don’t go in the afternoon. The person taking my order asked if I was done after every single item I ordered (like the second the last word left my mouth he was asking), missed an item I ordered because he was talking over me to ask if I was done, didn’t even think to ask if I wanted a drink. Ordered two sandwiches and fries? I would have loved one. Too bad it felt like this guy couldn’t wait to have me out of the drive thru, and I was at that point not going to have him fix my order and talk over me again. I could be more understanding if I had rolled up during a rush, but it was myself and one other car that ordered a single drink.

I ordered 2 qrtr lbs burgers. I asked for extra ketchup, reg onion and no mustard. I don’t get McDonalds? If I ask for normal pickles and ketchup and reg onion, I would get one pickle, I drop if ketchup and two onions straws. If I order extra on Ketchup, extra Pickle, and normal onio: I get tomato soup all over my burger to the pint where it is running off the bun and it is soaked. There is a handful of pickle on my burger and a handful of onion in my burger(s). I had a buy June get one coupon. With that, I three them away and was out 4.74 tax. It was completely gross. And I am well out of the town and down the road and it isn’t like I can talk to the mgr about the gross burgers. And actually show u how gross this is. I don’t want to order it and then ask for a ton of ketchup packets and get 2 packets of ketchup when I get the burgers to go. What a waste of money and completely disappointing

The employees are usually pretty polite, and my order is usually right as well…. But you might as well plan on waiting 10-15 mins for your food every time you go, regardless of what your order consists of. Definitely not fast food.
EDIT. Dropping a star due to issues with inaccurate orders lately. Check your orders and look in the boxes to make sure you got what you ordered. Pic below of receipt and sandwich.
THIRD EDIT: ordered a Bacon Double Today … No Bacon. Good grief…

Paid for 4 honey mustards and got none, ordered PLAIN snack wraps and got Ranch wraps, and the Hi-C was VISIBLY low on syrup and tasted like crap. All this after ordering ahead on the app, and then waiting 15 mins to get our food.

Ordered through the app. Paid for 40 piece family meal. Got sent with 20 pieces. And has to sort it out myself. Less then happy after working 14 hours about having to go back and get what I already ordered. Service is one of the simplist jobs and should be pretty easily achieved. Double check the bags mcds.

Very slow workers here. They had no sence of urgency when it came to getting orders out. The line of cars outside was long and the people in the place were waiting for their food. We waited almost 19 minutes for our food. It was busy but the workers didnt care. They took their time.
