The manager at this facility is in violation of corporate policy. I presented a survey receipt which allows a patron like me to receive a two-piece buy and leg with a biscuit. However, that manager refused to acknowledge the company policy and only gave me the ultimatum of either taking one piece of chicken or nothing. That’s not what the corporate policy is and I think it is unprofessional to arbitrarily demean a policy that has always been in place without any explanation. Shame on that manager.

This is one of the worst churches chicken in Birmingham Al! Every time you come here you can never get no body to take your order in the drive thru! And this at 10 o’clock in the morning and they have just opened! And to make things worse they just remodeled this location and for the employees to so horrible about doing their jobs! Everyone that works there should be fired including management and the owner should get people in there that wants to work! I will never again go here and advise others to not because they don’t do their job and will ruin your experiences!

My first time going after the remodel. I got a 10 piece meal and 2 large sides and 5 of those bomb biscuits foe 20 bucks. The wait was little long but we’ll worth it. Yall a doing a great job. Keep it up.

Ordered Boneless buffalo wings they only had one drop if any buffalo sauce on each piece, sweet tea was not sweet tea tasted like unsweetened tea mixed with dish soap. Made me pull out onto the highway and wait for my food since I had to wait less than 1 minute for it. I’d put 0 stars if it was possible do not eat here

I didn’t know Church’s opened at 10am, but it did and we tried it. The chicken was cooked fresh but the okra was cold. The $2 chicken sandwich was ok, but don’t expect much from it.

Went there twice, food was cold both times. They let me order chicken tenders, told me 10 minutes to cook and to drive around and wait, I drove around, waited 15 minutes and no one came out so I went in, they told me the food was still on the truck and hasn’t been brought in yet. They also gave me 2 large drinks with no ice. I will not go back.

Got two chicken sandwiches for $4 deal bcuz the pic on the menu makes them look good. I thought the chicken sandwiches would be off the chain bcuz Church’s knows chicken but I was so wrong. These are the WORST most awful ground up chicken patties. McDonald’s makes burgers all day but their chicken sandwich is good compared to this. EVERYBODY’S chicken sandwich is better than Church’s. Disgusting huge tasteless dry bun, too much mayo, and flavorless thin patty. Gross. Do not buy for your kids either bcuz don’t just give them any thing at least take them to McDonald’s.

I’m soo upset and been A die heart fan of Churches for over 20 years. The wings and Breast has now changed in size. The breast real big and wings very little. I was told this is way the Meat will look from this point on . It doesn’t look like Churches Chicken anymore but the taste is still there. It definitely doesn’t excite me to come back as I usually come once a week
