Normally I don’t leave bad reviews and I usually don’t have that many issues, even small ones from this McDonald’s. Today I got food for my daughter and was given 5 cold nuggets with an already open sauce container in it. No one’s answering the phone either.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but it’s really disappointing. The Zootopia 2 toys were on display, but when I received my Happy Meal boxes, they gave me completely different toys that weren’t even close to what I expected. I understand they couldn’t have been available, but they should announce the toys on display or when delivering the order so customers can choose whether or not they want them. I hope this review helps them improve this!

Went to this McDonald’s. The food and service is usually decent. More the food than anything. But I came tonight around 11:30 pm after I had just gotten off work for some food and I went through the drive thru. Ordered a kids meal and quarter pounder with cheese. My fries were hot and fresh but when I got home to eat my burger it was cold and dry. Not to mention the MANAGER that took my order was rude and unhelpful. She told me to give her a minute so I sat at the speaker for 6 minutes before she came back and was rude saying “Are you ready to order yet” in a snobby tone. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name. But I will not be going to this location late at night anymore. Definitely before 9 pm is when I’ve had best service.

Service and food is ok, but the dining area temp can’t be over 40 degrees. Terrible when it’s so cold outside. Can’t enjoy a meal inside because it’s too cold in there, too! Also…The no more self serve soda thing is a joke.

I am absolutely blown away at the generosity and kindness of these McDonald’s employees. Today on 1-3-25 at about 10pm I decided to drive around and see if anyone stuck outside needed some assistance since it is about 5 degrees. I stopped by at the forest street McDonald’s to grab 10 coffees to pass out along the way. These astonishing ladies at this establishment offered to help me out by giving me a discount and some additional free coffees! Thanks to these amazing employees a few extra people can have a hot drink!

The monopoly go pieces aren’t suppose to stop selling until 11/02/2205. I went through the drive thru 10-31-2025 at 6:15pm. Prior to ordering I asked the drive thru employee which items had the monopoly go on them so I knew what I could order to play. He had no idea besides the large drinks and fries come with them. I proceeded to order those things and when it came time to get my order there were no game pieces provided. When asked about it they said they ran out.. I’m disappointed that I wasn’t told until asked when this is something heavily advertised and not brought to our attention prior to the order

Spent over 30$ in food there was a finger print in my cheese keep in mind I opened the box and saw the print I didn’t not at all touch the sandwich at all. We asked them to fix it they gave me attitude saying we all where gloves well how did the finger print get there? I worked for McDonald’s once and you couldn’t leave prints through the gloves. She remade both of my sandwiches with one they made wrong again. I asked for a refund and she told me to get out of the store. Disgusting and terrible customer service. Hope you get fired. Not my first time I have had a problem with this individual

This is now at least the second or third time I’ve been to this Mc Donald’s location and have been given rotten lettuce on my Mc Chicken sandwich. It’s gotten to the point where I won’t order mayo on it anymore because it then becomes a squishy rotten soup on my chicken. This isn’t acceptable.
