I recently received this order from DoorDash! I never had a Jack-in-the-Box order before. After having it, it was the worst experience I ever had. The burger was soft and tasteless. I was thoroughly disappointed in the flavors and the textures. I don’t understand why you’re so horrible plus it was cold when I got it from DoorDash. I would really love to support local businesses, but after the experience at your side, I just feel like I should not recommend this place to anybody anywhere at any time.

Ordered tiny tacos, med fry, med tea or attempted too. Instead of saying they had no tea at the speaker the lady just kept repeating the order with out the tea. (She did not speak a lot of English). She asked me to go to window. I did and there she told me she had no tea and by then I was already getting upset. We say no drink then pay and get food. When we check it it’s just the tiny tacos. No fries. When we go inside she doesn’t even say anything to use just goes to the other gentleman when starts making them. After touching his face with his gloves and not changing or washing his hands. Food safety violation anyone.

Oof it was really bad. I waited 10 minutes at the speaker for someone to take my order, and 10 minutes at the window to get my food. Same as the guy in front of me, so my total time in that like was pushing a half hour. The sourdough sandwich was cold, which I can’t understand unless the thing came out of a freezer and didn’t get fully heated. The mozz sticks were actually pretty good, Jensen the extra star. But man, this was bad.

Walk in to order a lady walks out for about five minutes after saying she’d be right back comes back, I asked for just a burger and she tried to give me a combo I tried to correct her she threw a big fit hit the counter then stormed off to the back. I don’t know what her problem was but she hardly spoke any English then gets upset when I politely corrected her mistake and storms out that’s not okay. Customer service was very poor here. She’s not wearing a name tag either so I can’t even put her name down. Be try poor service.

Horrible they don’t speak English and had to repeat My order 5 times and confirm 3 more at the window after payment. Don’t eat here. This place shouldn’t even be open. Come on Jack what’s wrong w u guys….. Wait. I just checked My order. You’re staff kept half my order. Is this intentional? U charged us. What the heck ! PEOPLE CHECK UR ORDER BEFORE U LEAVE AND CHECK UR RECEIPTS! this is probably why they’re parking lot is always empty at this location. Sorry Jack I won’t be back.

I was pleasantly surprised with this Jack in the Box. First, it was spotless, and while we were there we observed people cleaning. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Food was hot, fresh, and tasty. Bathrooms were also spotless. Well done everyone.

Sourdough Jack is the best….I went in here tonight, and I ordered a number 1. I got charged 11.28 for the meal. But it says 10.28. She said she didn’t make the prices. She’s a team lead … I will never go there again and tell people I know. First off, if it’s posted the wrong price, it should be fixed. ..I’m sick of places posting one price and charging another price. She said it’s posted with tax now. Really…..not…bull…… gonna let the better business know. They are ripping people off.. I’m not a karen…I’m a pissed off American tired of this crap. Fix your damn prices…2/17/27 I asked for cheddar bacon wedges…they put 4 tiny pieces of bacon and ranch when I asked for original wedges. Not ranch… very disappointed. Look at picture.

It’s a typical Jack in the Box. Orders get mixed up on occasions and the place is mildly dirty. Restocking seems to be an issue with this location as often the soda fountain lacks half of its options as well as items located by the front register. I will say that the employees have been fairly nice on my visits.
