I sat in drive Thur for 30 minutes and they mess up my order. I drove up and didn’t see anyone at the first window so I drove up and then cashier dude yelled out hey, so I got out of my car and paid and ask what’s taking so long, he replied there’s only 3 works. Ok now I get it as the line gets longer and I’m running late for work I still sat and waited for my food. Finally got my food and drove to work to find out they messed up my order.. called them no answer, so I called again on my break no answer.. gonna keep calling and tell them how I sat in drive Thur and they still messed up my dam order…

Employee taking my order kept trying tk rush me… mind you its 2:30 am and nobody was neither behind me in line or in the other lane to order… he wouldn’t listen to me, Id state my order amd rather than repeat it back to ensure the order was right, he just assumed instead what it was I said and gave me the wrong mcflurry… but thats not even the weird part… the weird part is when I was still viewing prices and the menu to see what else my friend back home would want… he tells me to just pull up to the first window… I told him “im still seeing what it is I want…” not knowing hed assumed that thats all id wanted from the first two things id ordered… so then I ended up with two orders…. if he just was paying attention and listened to customers instead of rushing them then hed actually save more time rather than having to back tracked altogether on orders… maybe he was new, maybe it was just an “off night” for the guy… he was polite though(except for the not listening part… which I dont believe was truly intentional…) but nonetheless, everything was fine and good. Id just recommend that they read you back your order because its rather hard to do and know whst yourr getting when he just completes your order halfway through and starts another order. You know??? Now only half of it is showing… oh well… it isnt life or death and just a mcds order… not the end of the world. Still tasted good…

I was both a customer and DoorDash driver at this restaurant tonight. The first time I went the lady that worked during the day at 5 PM was rude to me and when he give me my food right away, wouldn’t give me a receipt wouldn’t tell me the store number then I went back for a DoorDash order at 2 AM rang the doorbell for them to come out and help us and they didn’t acknowledge us at all. Had to ring the doorbell multiple of times completely ignored us and then my DoorDash order was late and also the food was cold so I got downgraded for my service. There was three other Dashers waiting in the cubicle to get their food. I asked the lady for a snoring number two and she would not give it to me. If you don’t know how to work in customer service don’t do it. I’ve emailed the chain corporation of McDonald’s and they wouldn’t do anything about it so unfortunately, McDonald’s just isn’t a good business to go to.

This is pretty much the worst McDonald’s to pick up food if you’re a delivery driver after 9pm. Not only do they put the customer who orders delivery last, but it seems that every person that goes through drive through. It pushes you back further and further down-the-line. Average wait time is anywhere from 10-20 minutes and that’s if there’s absolutely no one on the drive through. If you order food for delivery, don’t order it from this location because it’s going to take a while or in some cases you won’t even get it at all because a lot of us delivery drivers won’t come to this location because of how bad they treat delivery customers.

Been around this McDonald since I can remember, but I’m genuinely starting to question if anyone there even knows how to read. I went on DoorDash to order food for me and my significant other, along with my order I bought 5 buffalo sauces and payed for all of them just to receive my food with not a single sauce, dam yall couldn’t give me at least one that’s foul ngl. It’s all good tho I got my money back for the sauces and I get 50% off my next order but cmon do better

The person taking our order was new and he had zero help. The order was messed up and instead of the manager in charge fixing is she just threw in a drink and called it even. I myself work in a customer service setting, you should be rectifying the situation, remaking wrong sandwiches, and giving refunds for extra things ordered and not given to your customers. I hope the young gentleman who took our order is getting help when he needs it. Had people of been wearing a name tag I could have pointed out who the shift lead/manager was at the time.

Great customer service. Super quick to serve. Hot and delicious pancakes breakfast and coffee. It hit the spot. And for all of your information, there was a CAR PILE UP on the bridge of the WI I-43 NB (if you look closely in the pictures past the M, you will see the emergency lights) and these franchise were offering free coffee to the first responders. This shift’s staff clearly know how to make McDonald’s shine. It’s people like this that make me feel always welcome to this MCDONALD’S. I thank you all in this MCDONALD’S franchise for all your unconditional respect and love for the people you provide with your customer service.

Would not recommend this McDonald’s took over 20 mins for food and it wasn’t busy. Also while waiting I saw 3 different employees touch their phone with gloves on and then touch food after with the same gloves. Very unsanitary!
