I just had the best French dip since I’ve been ordering them in the 80s. I got there at 935 right after the doors were unlocked. Staff was eager to please. Very nice. Order was completed very quickly. The sandwich was thick and hot! The gravy dip was delicious and hot. Curly fries were freshly cooked and hot. It won’t get any better than this visit. The manager was great. I witnessed him dealing with a possible new hire as well as giving advice behind the counter. This is a great Arby’s. Very clean. Well done!

The new manager, a woman, has been exceptional. She ensured that all our needs were met, and the food was freshly prepared and served hot. Her interactions with employees have been positive, as evidenced by the praise she has given them and the smiles on their faces, creating a welcoming atmosphereu. In contrast, the new General manager, a man , exhibited disrespectful behavior, including profanity and disrespect towards the staff and the young lady manager. He should not be considered the general manager; instead, the new manager lady should be the one leading as she is respectful towards all . I intend to return only when I see her working so we can have a peaceful lunch

The service here was great—the staff was fast and very friendly, which made the visit pleasant. However, the dining area definitely needs some attention. The floors were quite sticky, and there were noticeable stains on the walls. As for the food, it was okay; the curly fries were the highlight! It’s a decent spot for a quick bite, but I hope they improve the cleanliness soon.

I’ve always enjoyed Arby’s. I used to hit the one on Highway 98 three or four times a month. Till I ran into a snotty night manager. We Interacted together on several occasions with no issues. Until that night. It irritated me enough. I called corporate and asked for a return call. I was informed my disappointment was justified and someone would call me. no one ever did.That was the end of me eating at that arbys. Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago, I eat at the one on Eglin Parkway. Had good food and service the same 1/2 pound roast beef sandwich I always get. I was disappointed to see the self-service station with the Arby sauce gone. But when I ask for a handful of sauce, they quickly handed me a handful of them and everything was good. Tonight I go into same location on Eglin Parkway. I’m greated by a friendly girl who informed me I can only have two Arby’s sauce with my half pound roast beef sandwich. I asked her are you serious? She says yes it’s a New Policy two per sandwich. My response was let me get this right. if I order the little sandwich, I can have two packages? if I order a half pound sandwich I still can only have two packages? I ask for a refund and walked out the door. Never again, Arby’s

Crinkle cut fries at $3.49 are outrageously overpriced when they’re cold, hard, brunt, old. Especially ridiculously horrendous because there wasn’t a soul in the restaurant or in the drive thru. They had so much precooked food under the heat lamps, so they were absolutely incredibly inedible but the employees served them anyway, even though they knew that they shouldn’t have. They don’t care about the customers apparently, and the manager did nothing about it. So sick and tired of wasting money for mediocre food but horrible employees that don’t care about their jobs not their customers. Do better Arby’s

My buddy and I pulled up to the drive thru at around 11:30 pm and the lady who was the shift manager was extremely rude rushing us while we were looking at the menu. When we pulled up to the window, she was very rude and had a smart mouth. Her behavior was totally inappropriate, very disrespectful, and very unprofessional. I’ve never experienced any customer service that horrible. And then the order was completely wrong and made very sloppy. I think the company should teach her better leadership skills or she shouldn’t be working there at all. My experience was horrible.

This final encounter (24May22@1118) is the nail in the coffin for me. Ordered on the App for this Arby’s location and was expecting a complicated experience because usually that occurs at this location when ordering through the App. The workers were a little confused due to the online order, but they quickly figured it out. I received some of my food and I mentioned that one item was missing. **Also, noting that no bags had receipts on them and no napkins were given** They gave me all the items that I ordered and drove away. The Root Beer tasted like tonic water with a slight hint of syrup (Disgusting). The fries were fresh, but that was the only good thing on the docket today. I opened my sandwich and couldn’t believe what I saw. I ordered the Wagyu Steakhouse Burger, but did not receive that. I received roast beef on a standard sesame seed bun, not on the typical bun that is included with a beef and cheddar sandwich. There was no cheese and nothing else on the sandwich. I was beyond baffled by this comical amalgamation they decided to package up and serve to me. I can’t even begin to comprehend how someone looked at this and was satisfied with their work. I guess there is zero training required to handle food at this Arby’s. The mozzarella sticks were slightly undercooked, as well, but passable. The whole experience was poetic for me as this is the worst Arby’s I’ve been to in my life. I wouldn’t expect any more from the employees at this location because clearly there is a lack of competency and professionalism.

If anyone still decides to eat here, please, please do not order on the app and verify every item thoroughly before leaving.

**Update, was told to submit a review through their online system, which i did prior to leaving a review here. No response as of yet about my refund or about this review, or the review on their online system. I have not been contacted and I have not received a refund. I am not taking this review down until it’s rectified.

I really do enjoy arbys, the food is good, however I do not appreciate the woman in driveway thru just walking away with my card. I don’t know if anything was written down it was all out of view…and she was also rude when asking for a receipt…and i didnt even get my receipt. good food. Bad service

Arby’s is usually my favorite fast food restaurant to go to.
But today they were really lacking. Order from the dining room using their app. The food took so long to complete. The crinkle cut fries are usually pretty good, but not today. The fries were terrible, all short ends and they were all burnt, wilted, cold and they looked and tasted so nasty today. We ended up having to throw them all in the trash.
So ZERO STARS for the fries.

11/21/20 Decided to give Arby’s another try, as they are usually my favorite fast food place. Received an email for a free sandwich with a $10 purchase. At the restaurant, we tried ordering using the app, as that was the only way to get the deal. But the app wasn’t working, it would not take the payment, the app keep erroring out. The manager was really nice, but he would not ring up the deal Manu. He said you could only get the deal thru the app, so sorry. So the whole family ended up leaving and going to a different restaurant.
