I walked up to drive thru after hours . My wife had a bad case of acid reflux I told attendant I needed milk. He told manager they had no problem giving me 2 milk containers. I was happy to pay but didn’t charge me. Thank you very much for this kind gesture its real hard on people with a condition and something as simple as milk can make a world of difference . Thanks again for looking out .

The person taking my order was lazy, I asked for a vanilla shake and she said yes, I also asked if I could add Oreo inside of it and she quickly responded no so I settled for a Oreo McFlurry. After that I went to the McDonalds a few blocks away from this one and they let me get the Oreo shake without any problems, this stores night crew needs to do better

Worst McDonalds in Green Bay I would never eat here they messed up my order 3 times before finally getting it right also came to pick up a DoorDash and they told me they couldn’t make it because it was over $50 then called their boss and their boss told them they had to make it made me late for my delivery I was here for over 25 minutes

Was able to customize to my dietary needs and the portions were awesome. Nutritional information online on their website isn’t as custom as some people may need but the restaurant itself is wonderful.

They are horrible I ordered a 20 piece nugget and there nuggets weren’t even fresh they taste like it come from 3 batches ago and just threw them back in the fryer and my ranch tasted sour

I came with my classmates to this McDonalds, and my friend ordered first, and she didnt get her order until 20 minutes later, and thats when she asked for her order, and when they gave if they forgot her sauces and her extra mayo, and they didn’t even seem to care, this mcdonalds should be taken down and replaced with a gym.

Upon walking in I was greeted by a busy lobby. Nothing to complain about. I made my order on the screen and waited in line. I had to remind one of the employees that I ordered a soft drink, since they forgot to give me a cup, no big deal, I get it. Once I began eating my sundae though, the energy changed. I’m not sure if it happened as my meal was being prepared or if a mosquito go into it while I was eating it, but it was just sitting on top of my sundae. The rest of my food seemed fresh and good, but that turned my stomach a bit. In case anybody wants to look into this, it was order 618 on September 2nd.
