The food is fine but the amount of attention paid to orders is starting to get very annoying, especially with the Monopoly limited time event.
When I order off the designated Monopoly menu for multiple stickers, and the only one I get is attached to the fries, it really makes me wonder why I bother.

Food is always hot and fresh. Just make sure to check your bag before you leave. Very common to get a wrong or missing item.

Did a mobile order and it worked like a charm. We were through the drive thru quicker than normal and saved some dough with the online deals. We customized a could of our burgers and everything was correct!!

Manager!!! Did not look up from her screen for more than a few minutes, so i went to the self check because no one wanted to do there job. Horrible customer service here. Im with a crew that would also like to go home just like everyone else. Not fair for everyone to wait on me because i wasnt waited on by somebody paid to do it. This review is a less vulgar version of what i would have like to say in the establishment.

I had received the wrong curbside order (must have been mixed up with another curbside order). I called the store to let them know about the mix up and I thought they closed breakfast at 10am (it was 9:50 am when I got back home), the wonderful lady I spoke to on the phone not only told me they would remake the correct order but also informed me they had breakfast going til 1030am, so I had plenty of time to come back for it as I only lived about 5ish min away. They were very helpful and kind with getting me the correct order!

The food was served fast. As for friendliness I give them a 1, the cashier just grabbed my debit card out of my hand, very rude tone, like I was inconvenience to her. If your workers act like that now and they are either in high school or barely graduated they won’t find work very easily. If they hate their jobs find new ones. Maybe your not a people person. Gotta learn to deal with people even the people who are nice. Put a smile on your face, it don’t take much to be nice to people, treat your customers like you want to be treated. I hope the next time I stop my serves will be better. Don’t be rude to people.
