My friends and I stop at this McDonald’s after the Adult Night Skate at Skate City, and every single time this place absolutely rules. The service is consistently great, the food comes out hot, and the whole crew keeps things running smoothly even late at night.
One thing I really appreciate after a hard night of skating is being able to sit down, relax, and order right from the app. No stress, no waiting in line — just grab a table, cool down, and let them take care of the rest. They always get it right.
There are a lot of McDonald’s locations that could take a clue from how this one operates. Big props to the night manager and the whole team for keeping the place clean, friendly, and fast. This is easily one of the best late‑night McDonald’s experiences around.

Hi, I came here on January 22nd of 2026 at around 9:30. I had ordered previously on the app, but the app had not told me the store was closed. Upon arriving, they told me there was nothing they could do, and refused to give me a refund. Management was rude, and it took much to long for them to even talk to me. Management would not give me a refund, even though the store had accepted the order online. Either fix your app, or offer refunds for mistakes you make. Will not be coming here again.

My fries were kind of stale and cold. Same for the tender in my snack wrap. If it was fresher it would be great because the fries were perfectly salted and the wrap had the perfect amount of condiments. I think I’ll stick to the McDonald’s on Ballard or West College in Appleton because the food is fresh everytime. The staff were very kind though. But maybe they could not be goofing off in the back and pay attention to food quality and cleaning.

seems like everytime me and my significant other order, we always have an issue. the food is either messed up or we’re met with incompetence from the employees. we just went through the drive thru and we had to go around multiple times to get what we actually ordered. it’s unfortunate that this is the norm for this location. do better!

Every table was filthy and the floors were either sticky or wet, literally all over. I know they have the kiosks, but there was zero acknowledgement of us being there. Just really disappointed and was not at all impressed. I didn’t feel entirely comfortable eating there and my kids didn’t even want to crawl into the playplace.

It’s McDonald’s! But I got a charge out of the adult Happy Meal. I LOVED the Grinch salt, but from what I hear, it’s not for everyone. And I’ll also use (ok wear) my prize ~ Grinch themed socks!

This place sucks the food is ok mostly employees and managers here suck I have a friend who works here and when they came in toad to clean the Playland piles of garbage was everywhere the floor was a mess and it looks like it didn’t get cleaned up for years they also said in the back where you guys put all the garbage it was overflowing outside of the garbage it was piling up

Service here sucks they are always ridiculously slow it shows a lack of respect for the customer when the employees are in the back laughing and giggling and I’m waiting in the drive thru line for 5+ minutes bc your employees can’t stop fooling around
