Terrific McDonald’s. On Memorial Day they were doing an outstanding job with everyone. The customers in front of me arrived when the screens changed from breakfast to lunch. They got what they wanted with no troubles. The order came accurately and with a smile. Don’t change a thing guys. 5 stars.

This location use to be awesome. But now after the 4th attempt I have given up. I am not sure if they went under new management or what happened but they cannot get our order right EVER. You ask for no onions they add extra, no pickles the load them up. It’s almost like they are doing it on purpose or something. Very sad.

This time was a bit better than usual however I ordered medium drinks with our food (drive through) and they handed me a small. I asked if these were medium and he said “yes” and asked me to pull forward to wait for food. When a different kid brought out my food I asked again and he said “no they weren’t mediums, they were smalls”, so he went back in to get my drinks, which I appreciated.

Tried to dine in. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes while 3 employees walked by and never said a word. Not real busy either, 2 cars in the drive thru. I refuse to use a kiosk to order food 10 feet away from the counter where you order food from a person. These people are getting paid more to do less. Left without ordering and had a great meal at Culvers.

They can almost never get the entire order correct, #7 its 2 cheeseburgers I order no pickles and no onions and nearly every time I get home and find at least 1 of the burgers sometimes both have onions on it. Also the fries are hit or miss sometimes they are good and others they are soggy or don’t seem fresh

I’ve lived in Reedsburg my whole life and when I moved out of Reedsburg I said this place will hopefully get better. I can say i am very disappointed in this location for not only getting the meal wrong but when correcting it they gave us the wrong drink yet again. Either get better workers that know how to read and present an order or don’t have them working. Mind you they asked us what we ordered to verify they would get it correct and still got it wrong.

Have it your way that’s an understatement. Learn respect. Keep the restrooms clean didn’t COVID show you something. Next to Godliness is what cleanliness. Stop serving cold food my stomach can’t take that. Stop putting salt on my fries. Ask before acting. Feed me right the good clean way.
