All the workers are mean and sad, the bathrooms and floor are very messy. Most of the staff don’t give you the food unless you go up and ask. It says pick up for a reason, not go up. Still go here often because it’s cheap and the only McDonald’s near me. This place needs improvement.

Why is it that when I complain nobody ever gets back to me? The waunakee store owes me over $30 and nobody will call me from there to fix the issue that they made. The Sauk City store seems to be the only store that cares about its customers that I’ve been to. But this store I specifically went through the drive-thru and asked for fresh chicken nuggets these chicken nuggets are so dry and so hard and I told them the last three times I’ve come the chicken nuggets have been bad it’s the only thing my grandkids like to eat and it’s just makes it easy to stop and grab some to tide them over till dinner but these are horrible and they always always forget the sauce I ordered 3 sweet and sour sauce and was given two honey packets. I am so sick and tired of getting home and having no sauce I have talked to this manager several times about this and she always apologizes she always says she’ll say something but she never does it’s on the receipt somebody should be responsible for putting the stuff in the bag that goes with the food because I don’t keep McDonald’s sweet and sour sauce at home and I shouldn’t have to go back because if I have to go back then the food is not going to be fresh. Your job is not that hard do your job right do your job right the people here always seem nice but they do a horrible job and I don’t care how nice you are if the food sucks and I don’t get what I order. Also there is a man that hangs out at the drive thru asking for cash everyday all day he seems to be here. It is really I uncomfortable. He approaches every car… oh and now it’s a couple that just hang out and the man approaches all of the cars. It’s creepy. Someone needs to do something

Worst McDonalds i have ever been too – employees playing and twing with long hair down to waist over the food where they the get the food ready to serve. Food sat there for over 10 – 14 minutes before I realized my number was called even though I requested table delivery and then an employee took the food out of the bag and was going to serve it to me after it was sitting there for long time and was already cold. The establishment was very filthy food, papers, ice cream under all tables including in front of the garbage receptacles. Only 3 other patrons (being a mother with 2 children) were in the establishment – no reason as to why this place was a pigsty – will never return to this place ever again

People only stop here in emergencies and the cost is always deadlier than the hunger. I watched my bag on the counter from the drive thru window for 7 minutes while the CSR chatted on his phone. When I complained about the cold burger, they took it in back for 7 minutes and microwaved it for 30 seconds. Lazy, inexperienced,inept, zero stars. If there is any place at else available, please trust the reviews.

I never thought McDonald’s could mess up a fish sandwich . The employees frequently have a crappy attitude… And the fish sandwich I ordered on about October 3rd around 3:00 p.m. was the driest, most overcooked and possibly freezer burnt sandwich I’ve ever had in my life.

Came through the drive thru just after 6am. Ordered a number 3 meal. Person taking my order asked if I had said number 5. “No, number 3 meal, bacon egg and cheese biscuit” i repeat the number and specify the sandwich.
Get home to find a completely different breakfast sandwich then what i ordered twice… how do you mess it up twice?
Oh, and of course I was never given or offered a receipt… just shut down.

Majority of the time I like the food. I usually get it for my kids tho and every one I go to lately just sucks. Is one pickle for McDoubles the new standard?!?! My daughter loves pickles and both times all the burgers have only had 1. I order extra onions and it came with none. Not only that but on the bottom of the food bags it tells you how many items should be put in it. My bag would not have ripped If they didn’t shove all 9 items in a bag that clearly says 4-6 as the employees look at you like they don’t know what to do instead of offering to get you a new bag.

The worst McDonald’s ever they always mess up your order and food is always old and gross or not fully cooked and every time I have and others have eaten here has gotten sick. You go to try to get your order right and it will take 20 mins before you get help.
