Middleton weekend: complete! ✅ We hit the local Golden Arches for a final treat and it did not disappoint. Ordering at the kiosk was seamless, and getting table service at a McDonald’s always feels like a little luxury. The staff here is so friendly—true ‘Good Neighbors’! Plus, the place is spotless and there’s tons of parking. 10/10 would stop again! ✨

Honestly embarrassing how downhill this restaurant has gone. From working there myself to seeing the full laziness of the managers. I went to get my food today and a larger Hispanic woman took my order(I had to correct her multiple times on what I wanted) I gave her my reward and she said she got it. When I pulled up to the window of the drive thru they said it was full price. They didn’t care that my reward points were gone they just kept pressuring me to pay. Worst service I’ve genuinely had in my life. Whoever that manager is needs to find a new job. She full on screamed at me. She doesn’t speak any English so I don’t know what she said. Never had a problem there till that manager tweaked out on me for asking about my price. McDonald’s do better. Hire quality over quantity. This larger female manager should not have any place in McDonald’s with her crazy lash outs.

I went though the drive threw around 10:30, and as someone who works in fast food I know It’s frustrating when somebody comes in 30 minutes before close, but you still treat them with the respect that They deserve however, the person that took my order tonight through the drive-through was not friendly at all, nor did not give me his name when I asked for it Then when I got home, my order was completely wrong. Every Tuesday for the past three weeks, I’ve made this place my regular stop before going to work. Typically, it’s hard to understand the folks working the drive-through, but with a little patience on my part, we’re able to work through it.
So I was surprised this morning when I placed the same order I make every time: one number six meal, and another number six—just the sandwich—with orange juice. I knew something was off right away when I got to the first window and wasn’t offered a receipt. I assumed it would be in the bag, but that wasn’t the case.
Then they handed me an orange Fanta (who the hell drinks soda in the morning). I told them I had asked for juice, and that’s when things went south. The lady from the first window came to the second window and started arguing with me, even calling me a liar. She then said, “Fine, you can have the juice, but it’ll cost you extra.” I ended up being charged for two drinks, even though I only took the orange juice.
When I asked her for the store number, she refused to provide it. This is not the level of service I’ve come to expect from McDonald’s. This is the worst McDonald I’ve ever been to.

This McDonald’s doesn’t have anyone that cares enough to help or get orders correct it seems. Wrong drinks, sticky drinks that either overflow or are only filled 2 inches from the top, completely wrong or missing nugget sauce. Incomplete orders — no fries, no “happy meal” extras that are specifically why the meal was even ordered (Grinch meals with no dill seasoning, fries, etc). I get it that it’s McDonald’s, but for over $12 a meal, it would be nice if they at least tried when it’s pointed out in the drive thru, instead of completely dismissing us like we are wrong to ask for napkins to wipe up the drink mess they hand us. I usually don’t complain and will let things slide, but these workers were just plain rude.

Went to the drive thru and the person running it was very disrespectful and rude. I was going to leave mid order, but thought maybe he’s stressed or having a rough day. When we said we were ready to order he said ok. He kept sighing after everything I said or when I needed a minute. We got a meal and there was a 30 cent added charge so when I asked why, he said I don’t know what you’re talking about. I said when you added the drink it charged 30 cents but it’s supposed to come with the drink. He said I don’t see that. Then he redid the order and fixed it and said is that better? And said next window, cheers.

I picked up an online order that was missing some items and had some others incorrect. My wife sent a message to the number on the receipt with feedback and received a pretty response. Overall, I’m disappointed with the attention to detail and customer experience.

This location is extremely slow. There seem to be plenty of people working. But the drive-through line takes forever. I order online but often I am missing something. They are not very good with order accuracy.
