Today got quarter pounder and med fry…frys old and hard and quarter pounder was fresh two hours ago…
I worked as a manager for three years at McDonald’s and this is absolutely uncalled for! Why is it so hard for y’all to make fresh food and read orders? Ya no the times your gonna be busy make enough food for that rush and limit food during slow times. Ya got one customer in drive and I’m at the counter yet both our food old….sad

Why we continue to give this McDonald’s our business is beyond comprehension. You’d think we’d learn. About 75% of the time we go through the drive thru there is something missing from the order when we get home and open the bag and this is no exaggeration. Yesterday was the last straw. We ordered one Egg McMuffin, a sausage McMuffin with egg, 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits and a Sausage McGriddle meal with milk. When we get home we find that we got the McGriddle meal and 2 egg McMuffins. When we looked at the receipt it showed everything we had ordered and paid for. My wife was so livid that she drove the 10 minutes back, went into the lobby and not so gently put the bag and the receipt down on the counter and said, why can’t you guys ever get our order right? The girl just looked at the receipt and into the bag and remade the order. We get home only to find that instead of the 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits they gave us 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits. Like I said, this has been an ongoing problem at this McDonald’s. To top it off, the helpers are very rude at times.

Drive the extra 10 minutes to a different mcdonald’s. This one is always extremely slow and unorganized. The blue haired girl has a terrible attitude and treated me horribly for going to the second window to pay when there was no one at the first window. This location is disappointing everytime.

There’s been quite a few. I always give fast food the benefit of doubt but when its been several times there’s an issue. Ive had several either missing items, the food was rang up wrong or even when I ask for it to be fixed im still given the wrong item. Ive also called several times and no one ever answers the phone, I can not drive back to get the right food on my lunch when it should’ve been right the first time. When I called rather than apologizing for their lack of correcting what was wrong I get hit with a “what do you want me to do?” Idk maybe re run everyone through their job. As someone who has worked fast food for many years its really not that difficult. It can be busy but thats not the case here, its always slow.

First time using the McDonald’s App and had a good experience other than the quarter pounder had no bottom bun. Must have grown legs and jumped out of the box lol. Did curbside, was only there for less the 5mins. There frappe machine was down and they we’re kind enough to refund and offer soda’s to replace. Very friendly experience both cashier and manager.

I went thru the drive threw and ordered 2 (two) quarter pounders w- no cheese and a large fry, got to the window she ask’s me what I ordered. lol . so I told her and she says it only shows one burger and fries so I just took the order and went home let my daughter have the (one) burger and I made something for myself.. Thank’s for messing up our evening. oh we shared the fries. WOW. not filling out this review for any coupons you can keep them I will go elsewhere next time.. oh by the way no catsup..

Can’t make food correctly. Burger is supposed to come with onion and pickles, can’t wait to eat just meat, bread, and BBQ sauce. Do I really need to unbox every item to make sure that it is right even on something without any add ons or removed ingredients?
