Let’s start with my first visit through the drive through, there were only a few cars and no one inside. I ordered 2 Large iced caramel macchiatos and 2 sausage mcmuffins. The service was decent and fairly quick but they gave me the medium size instead of large sizes of coffee. I contacted the manager and she gave me a coupon for 2 free large ice caramel macchiatos in the mail which I very much appreciated.
Now the second visit I went back to the same store, but I went inside this time so there wasn’t any confusion with the order or the coupon. At this time is was fairly busy which is understandable at 10:30ish in the morning, and they looked like they were struggling. Eventually I ordered my 2 iced coffees and a the new sprite berry blast as a control to see what cup it came in. All of my drinks came in the same medium size cups and it’s highlighted on the sides of the cups. They also didn’t taste like the normal Carmel macchiatos I’ve ordered many of times and my sprite is foaming out of the cup all over. I’m just a little disappointed and wanted to let people know that if you order from here you might not get the sizes you ordered even after you made the managers aware and the quality varies.

NOTE: I believe McDonald’s has the best orange juice in the world… it is always cold!!!

Updated Review – 6/1/24: My wife and I were out and about and decided that a McDonald’s Sausage Egg McMuffin sounded good…. so we ordered two of them in the drive-thru. They were DELICIOUS! One of the best I have ever eaten! The service was fast and friendly. We were happy we stopped!

Updated review – 5/19/24: I was driving past McDonald’s and decided I wanted a Quarter Pounder with cheese. Bad idea! It was one of the worst Quarter Pounders I have ever eaten. Number one, the bun was hard, possibly stale… it was the sloppiest burgers I have ever eaten. The meat was sliding out of the bun, the ketchup was dripping everywhere. The cheese was sliding off the sandwich. It was a mess! The good news was the Diet Coke was delicious.

Original Review: It was raining, I had the day off, and I had a craving for a McDonald’s Filet-O-Fish with extra tartar sauce… and of course a small Diet Coke. Filet-O-Fish are my favorite! I get extra tartar sauce because occasionally there isn’t enough. Well… I got exactly what I ordered. It was perfect! The tartar sauce was oozing out the sides. And the bun was soft and steamed. Mmmm!!! It was delicious! The drive-thru was fast. The people at the window were super friendly and polite. Overall it was a perfect McDonald’s experience!

I repeated my order no less than 12 times. When I got to the window, I corrected my order because I seen it was wrong but the lady told me to pull forward anyway. I had to repeat myself 5 times at the first window and when the little girl finally “understood” what I was ordering, I paid and went to the second window. Now at the second window I immediately got my food. It was not what I ordered. I proceeded to have to repeat myself ANOTHER 3-4 TIMES before the MANAGER that was at the window finally decided to take the food back and give me what I had been ordering the ENTIRE TIME! When I finally got MY order, I opened the wrapper to both of my McMuffins and seen that they were both PURPOSELY burnt. I gave up and just left. I will not be returning to that one and I will be telling people about this experience.

I called because I ordered on the app for pickup and sent my bf with the code but he didn’t know to go to the window so I called to asked for assistance from anyone there and a young girl yelled in the phone “I can’t hear you!” I asked if I should speak up and she had hung up already. Not going to this McDonald’s anymore. Not the first time these kids have been rude.

Waiting on my car, ordered a lemonade and Big Mack . It’s a BigMack sloppy and empty calories but good. Sat there did a little people watching. Staff very friendly. Very clean. Kids running around. Played a game on my phone. After 2 hours got the call, car was ready. Walked back.

I left the drive thru this morning pointing out to my grandson the outstanding service I thought we received. The young man who took the order was professional, polite, and thorough. The lady taking payments was very quick and courteous. And, our order for two people was ready in record time. The line was seriously fast. As a McDonald’s manager from the 70’s and 80’s, I was impressed – until we got home. There was hotcake syrup over half my sandwich and all three hash browns. The person who assembled the order didn’t notice that the syrup cup had been lightly dented and was leaking because the seal was broken. The lady who took my call on the phone was very polite and did offer to replace or refund our order, although I declined. I rarely comment, but I was so impressed and disappointed at the same time. The other issue is one that only corporate can improve: the app. I initially tried to talk my grandson out of McD’s because the app isn’t working on my phone and we have pancakes at home. After paying increased prices to pay me back in points for my loyalty, the app has frozen and refuses to reinstall. I lost my “free” food that I’d already earned and I refuse to go back unless it’s for my parents or a grandchild at this point. Keep in mind, I used to eat at McDonald’s once or twice EVERY DAY. I’m not exaggerating.

How is it that I pull into the outside drive through lane behind another customer, patiently wait while their order gets taken and they move forward… I move up and wait patiently while the customer in the inside lane gets their order taken, they move up and everyone else behind that customer gets their orders taken…. all while I sit there for almost 10 minutes, I finally left… Its ridiculous… McDonald’s corporate needs to pay closer attention to all their locations and provide better training to their employees.

Horrible experience orders my food online at 8pm and it went through they “never got it” took my money was there by 830 the 20 people before and after got there food and they didn’t say anything like sorry were not taking orders anymore where closing lazy kids but I’ll never go back there again
