Placed a to go order and i wasn’t greeted when I arrived nor asked how was i doing today by the to go side cashier. But to the food, both my burger and mozzarella sticks were hot and very good. My burger hit the spot not going to lie LOL!! My wife and I love chilis menu, sometimes it’s a hit or miss but overall CHILIS is pretty good !!!

Stopped in at Granville Chili’s Grill & Bar, on our way to Pittsburgh. We had a nice and friendly server. He assisted us with our orders. We didn’t have to wait too long for our food ordered. They came hot and as ordered. The burgers and chicken tenders were good tasting. The burger was juicy, but the tenders were a little dry.

Went to Chili’s for National Fajitas Day. No one at Chili’s knew anything about it. Hahaha! We ordered the Fajita Original Trio with three proteins plus extras side and premium margarita. Splitting everything which was a good decision. Decent quality fajita not as good as the best Mexican restaurants but acceptable. Margarita was good but very expensive. Should have opted for the $6 special margarita or the $10 frozen one. Server was friendly and good. Very expensive National Fajita Day for us. Would that Chili’s had a special discount price to help us celebrate.

Food was as to be expected ither than food that was expected to be hot, wasn’t in the least. Soup was almost on the cool side. Mozarella sticks were cold yet cheese was melty (that was odd).
We came here for my daughter’s birthday (her choice & drove 90min away as its the closest to us). Kept telling everyone it was for her birthday & we would like something a little special as a surprise (sing hapoy birthday maybe but to hype her up at the very least when bringing out a dessert & gove her well wishes) Was told by hostess to let waitress know. We told who we thought was waitress (took our drink orders) but she said to let the waitress know. We did. However, when getting down to end of meal we were just brought boxes & told the check was on its way. No offer asking if we wanted anything else or dessert, before walking off, despite me mentioning several times about kiddos bday. However waitress was on top of clearing items from table as they were emptied. Refills on drinks were done before really needed so didn’t have to wait on refill. But beyond that, average service.
So an okay place if you don’t have expectations for anything extra. You’ll be served (mostly) with a friendly staff doing their jobs. Not sure if it’s management or what but seemed like no one was allowed to engage much with customers beyond the job. Just an odd atmosphere with engagement of the employees.

Today, I had lunch at Chili’s. Pretty dang good!. I had the trio fajitas….wow…very tender and very well seasoned. Service was excellent. Chloe was phenomenal as our waitress. Such a pleasant person as well as her smile. We were pleased. Good job Chili’s…Im a tough reviewer…this review was deserved.

This Chili’s location is awesome, always fast service and very friendly! I ordered the bottomless nachos and salsa and the Bacon Rancher burger with loaded fries. I’m a big eater and I was hungry, this juicy flavor-packed burger was perfect for my appetite!

Last night, after my daughter’s hospital stay, she recommended Chili’s, and it was the perfect choice. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the servers were attentive and professional, and we were seated quickly. The food was fresh and amazing.
What stood out to me most was how they handled a mistake. While I stepped away to take my daughter to the restroom, management accidentally cleared our table, food, dessert, everything. They immediately apologized, quickly re-made our order, and packaged it to-go since we were about to leave.
Fast, polite, and genuine service like this shows they truly value their guests. This is a kid-friendly, family-friendly spot with great service and delicious food, we’ll absolutely be back!

Atmosphere- 4 stars- typical Chili’s chain but was very clean. Im usually very warm natured but it was a little chilly in here- need a jacket.
Service- 4 stars- Alex was our waitress and she was very attentive and on top of things. She needs to smile more. Took a little while to get out check but we weren’t in a hurry but it should be faster.
Food- Everything was good. I had the Bacon Avocado Grilled Chicken Sandwich- in was huge- look more like two sandwiches than one. We also had the Chicken Fajitas which were really good.
If you are Chili’s fan then this is a good location to check out.

Recently visited this location when my parents treated us before the Harlem Globetrotters game. When we arrived, it wasn’t really busy, but began to get that way quickly.
Our server and runner were very friendly, but both were a little forgetful. 9 in our party, only 3 drinks were brought out. We had to let them know the rest didn’t get drinks yet. Crackers were asked for to go with soup and never received. Took awhile for drink refills and a few drinks were incorrect.
Food wise…amazing as usual with Chilis.
Atmosphere was on trend and clean. Very open restaurant design. Restrooms were clean and a changing station is available.
Wheelchair accessible parking lot, entrance, seating and restrooms.
Bar onsite.
Reservations accepted.
