I’m not really a super huge fan of chili’s or other franchise restaurants that are similar, but this one was really nice. I don’t know if all Chili’s restaurants have started upping the serving sizes or if they even have control of serving sizes, but for this last visit, our serving sizes were pretty decent. The food was all pretty good. It was Chili’s food. But what really stole the show was our server. I don’t know her name, but she was awesome. We were a party of 14, and she never missed a beat. She was constantly at our tables, making sure everyone had what they needed. I wish all placed had service like that. 5 stars for her service alone.

My family & I chose to dine in here for my daughter’s birthday. We had a really great experience. The server was excellent. He had a great energy, interacted with the kids and the food came really quick even with 8 of us. The food was superb. Their chicken tenders were perfect in flavor, crunch & very juicy. Everything was cooked like it should be and I highly recommend the Mango Patron Margaritas!!

Great service. Our food came fast and was very good. The server checked on us multiple times and made sure we had all we needed. The price point was solid especially for a family of four. Value for your money was definitely there. This location was clean and all employees were polite and hospitable. Would stop again when in Morgantown

I love going here to eat with friends. I was there yesterday and there was a lady being so rude to two of the male hosts. I saw they were trying to explain nicely to the lady that she could not have her child in the walkway because of the risk that someone may bump or drop something off of a tray which could cause her child harm, they even let her know they were sorry and took a chair out of the way so they could move the high chair, food and service was great, been eating here for my 3 years in school and have never had an issue

Being that we came here due to a frustrating experience across the street at Olive Garden this place was a change of tune. The server mike went out of his way on several occasions to accommodate us and was probably the friendliest most attentive server I have ever had. Come to chili’s and see mike!!
