McDonald’s remains committed to following the data and science with safety as our top priority. In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

If I could have selected zeros I would because after pulling up and no one else was in line I waited and waited while 5 new cars pull up after me and get served while I still had to wait 15 more minutes to get my food. And you want to get paid 18 dollars an hour? How about doing your job correctly first.

I was here via drive thru on Sat 08/12/23 at about 8:15am. I was buying a final breakfast for my dog who was bring put down due to cancer. I could barely choke out my order and was ugly crying at every drive thru window. The staff was patient with me, kind and sympathetic; even no charged his ice cream cone. Kindness carried us through that experience and my boy enjoyed that ice cream cone, sausage McMuffin and Hasbrown tremendously. Thank you.

This place is overflowing with common sense!! Placed a mobile order at 10:51 went to pick up the order at 11:25 and was told they called it already and threw it away because I wasn’t there…. The manager put all the blame on me and and took 0 responsibility. The Golden Arches found themselves a keeper let me tell you. Edit- I could tell the other workers knew this was wrong and one of them handed me a toy for my daughter as we were leaving and I’ve also had other pleasant interactions with them as well. This is only a knock against this manager. Had he been even a little apologetic I would not have been this outraged with the experience.

I got the buy one, get one for a dollar. I chose the Big Mac and Quartier Pounder with cheese. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it only took about five minutes for my food to be ready.

Constant issues and no resolution to these issues. Management doesn’t care that their employees provide terrible service. You don’t go here for high quality anything but when there are constant issues it’s a problem. Go somewhere else.

I pull up to the drive thru to order food, no line no nothing I’m told to wait. No issue at all I am very patient. 5 min go by and I see a car pull up to the 2nd drive thru speaker and they get helped. Mind you I’ve been there about 5 min. I then say “hello can I get some help I’ve been waiting”. The lady then says” I said give me one moment” I then say “I’ve been waiting and someone just passed me can I get some help?” The person on the speaker says “go somewhere else then” Of course me being unproblematic I pull up to the window asking to speak with the manager about the rude and disrespectful customer service I just received for asking to me helped. The management does say they have had multiple complaints about this same person which in this case why is this employee still employed? But I did not ask that I simply ask to order my food, so I did and the manager was very professional and polite when helping me out, they did give me a free meal due to the situation , which I did not ask for. Overall situation was unexpected and a very mentally stressful situation but was handled appropriately.
