Got here at 5:19pm and when I parked in curbside parking the app said there was no spots available to go inside to pick up order. I didn’t receive my order until 5:50 pm was cold . Waited this long just to eat cold food. And I went back in to tell staff and was told everything was just made. Very bad customer service here and food service is unacceptable. Paid money for cold food .

I went into this location and specifically asked for a meal to be made hot and that I’d wait, otherwise I would have used the driveup.The woman who took my order said it would be. I was taking lunch to my sister in memory care who’s days are filled with little moments. Apparently, this woman did not care. The food wasn’t even warm.
Poor service and poor quality of the food.

I just went through the drive thru, it was quick and friendly till I got to the window to pick up my order. As it was handed out to me I asked the young lady to wait(I have sever arthritis in my hands). Now I know she would not know this but it was the look she gave me that I didn’t care for. I know things were busy and the fast service through the drive thru is essential to your business. But I felt offended by her look that I would even ask to have her wait till I could grasp my order without dropping it. I felt like saying you will be old someday.

Service inside unorganized, person i was speaking to really didn’t understand a simple question. Confusion was consistent, not just with us but also with other customers that surrounded us. On the other hand the drive thur runs pretty smooth. Problems with giving receipts and numbers for our food. Nobody knew who’s order was theres. I guess for now i will stick with the drive thur.

Terrible place. They’re always mad, laughing between employees, the coffee machine never works. They always messed up the orders. If you plan to come here be ready to wait at least 40 minutes for a single coffee. And the “MANAGERS” they’re a joke.

Ordered a double cheese burger and was given a very poorly assembled burger with tomatoes and mayo on it. Not what I ordered. Also got cookies which were clearly tossed into an unassembled box hot, as they all clumped together in a huge mess. Everyone seemed irritated to be there, too. It wasn’t even that busy. I do not recommend.

I rarely go here even though its the closest location to my homr because when I go through the drive through I’m always missing food or get the incorrect items. I did a mobile order and didn’t select the one I usually go to by state fair. So I ended up here on bluemound and was reminded how annoying it is coming to this building. Once again I was missing 2 of my 5 items. If its not missing items, its cold or underfilled fries. I won’t make this mistake again

Ordered a sausage, egg mcmuffin… didn’t have egg. Pancakes with sausage… no sausage. Sweet tea…. received unsweetened tea. Took a long time to get it made correctly.
