is one of the nicest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Clean. Smells good. Fast service. I couldn’t believe it when I walked into the restroom and it was sparkling clean. Double unbelievable since it’s right outside Milwaukee. A+++ for this location.

It’s too bad they don’t want to leave more than one review so I’m going to add to it sitting here watching her make my iced coffee and supposed to be regular ice so she does it like she’s normally supposed to do it but because she’s got a car behind me she throws a bunch of more ice in it to fill it up instead of liquid so I literally just paid for ice this cup is so heavy I don’t think I’ve ever had an iced coffee with this much ice in it it’s pretty much extra ice I didn’t ask for that I’m not paying for ice so for now I’m going forward I’m getting no ice I will get my ice at work. It’s always the younger ones that are messing up the orders
Maybe if the manager did the window and let everybody else do the drinks and the food things would run smoother cuz it seems like every time she’s running the coffee machine I have to pull up and wait for a coffee with two espresso shots in it while they serve five people behind me when I ordered first and I believe it’s being done deliberately but I’m not going to stop going there to get my coffee just cuz you don’t want to make it.
Deliberate or not I’m still going to go lady.
You don’t like your job gets a new one
So I just went there again posting a picture of what they just gave me a large coffee… like why don’t you fill it up why is McDonald’s hiring all these really young people that don’t know what they’re doing the other McDonald’s I get a frappe they don’t even put the cream all the way to the top they put it halfway.
But this one I must say it is the worst especially in the afternoons I’m sitting there for 12 minutes on the inside and they’re taking the outside orders another car drive by another car drive by another car drive by I’m sitting there saying hello are you going to take my order give me a minute and then they take another order from the outside four cars went by well I’m sitting there waiting to place my order and the other day it was vice versa I’m on the outside and they’re taking all the inside orders like teach your employees what they’re supposed to be doing if they don’t know their job get out of the position… also it was supposed to be eight creams and they gave me seven creams. I don’t taste any espresso I want my money back.
Now all the sudden there’s no expresso LOL in the morning really like if you don’t want to do your job find another one lady.
I guess the owner only responds to certain reviews.
You definitely need new management in this place

This is a review I made solely due to the conditions of the restrooms. Its early in the morning and the bathrooms were disgusting. Human feces in the toilets, floor sticky and the sinks looked like they could’ve used some Ajax. Im pretty sure night shift was supposed to take care of clean up prior to opening. There’s no reason to be that dirty at 630 am

Drove thru person was unpleasant. Asked for ketchup…they told me they would put it in the bag. They didn’t. Fries were undercooked and over salted. Cheese on the burger was hard. Bun was crunchy and stale. They just don’t give a crap about anything once the dinner rush is over.

Tried to order online, apparently nothing is available after lunch? I had originally ordered 2 10 piece nugget meals, one of them was the Grinch meal with a frozen coke. When I went to pick up the order I had to wait a few minutes while the worker went to the back to confirm the order, when she came back she told me that pretty much everything on my order was only for lunch time… No where online does it tell me that the Grinch meal, or the frozen coke are just during lunch hours. It’s understandable that you are out of the Grinch items, I get that, but then I had to reorder my items, and pay again. They easily could have just told me they were out of the Grinch meal, and out of the coke and offered another drink, there was no reason to have me pay again. The food also sucked and my sauces were messed up…

If I could give zeros, I would. Husband took the grandkids through the drive thru. He ordered 2 chicken nugget happy meals. We received the happy meals with NO CHICKEN NUGGETS! This is not the first time this has happen this location. Do better!

This is the second consecutive day that this location has messed up my order. Yesterday, they forgot to charge an item on my order. I was initially okay with it because it was a busy night, but when I went back to check my order before leaving the restaurant, they had forgotten again. Luckily, I noticed the missing item and informed them. However, the manager then instructed them to remake the entire sandwich. They completely disregarded the original order and made it completely different. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Truck drivers, there are about 10 spots.. Don’t bother coming here at night. Close to a warehouse. I wish people would learn what a trash can was at truck stops… I think there is also a geocache here I saw during winter, and I forgot to get it myself ughhh. Pretty clean inside. Can you believe they actually had someone at the counter as soon as I got there??? And he made EYE CONTACT AND ANDDDDD HE GREETED ME!!!!! I miss those days. Well, he might have been around my age that could explain it. Drive through always seems to be busy. But not inside. If this was helpful, please give me a thumbs up. Thanks. I really enjoy coming to this McDonald’s location. The food is always Super fresh and hot, my ice cream is always perfectly made, and the service in atmosphere is a 5 out of 5 as long as Jasmine is taking my order! She is ALWAYS on point and is very kind and helpful to me and whoever I’m with. I might add that my food is ready within 90 seconds , I kid you not, this McDonald’s location is the absolute FASTEST and MOST FRIENDLY McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. There is a young kid named Leo who bags my food and asks me if there is ANY other sauces,napkins,drink carrier,extra anything !, and he is always polite and on point ! I will always come here for my weekly McDonald’s fix. 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
