Went through drive-through and ordered a three-piece chicken strip, and a small Sprite. Pulled up to window number one and the employee did not even say the amount that was due? Other than when I ordered, he said $7.17. I made payment without asking. Then I pulled up to the second window and I was handed a bag. But no drink. I told the gentleman I had ordered chicken strips and a small Sprite. Any argued with me that I’d not ordered a meal. Which was correct. I did not order a meal. I ordered the strips alone, and a small Sprite. He reiterated two more times that it was not a meal. I informed him that I paid over seven dollars so I know it was more than just the strips? I then looked inside the bag and there was a small fries which I did not order. He then gave me a dirty look and left the window. Instead of immediately getting a small sprite. He must’ve went back to check with the person who I ordered. He Back with a bad attitude and gave me a large Sprite. No apology. Terrible attitude and food was cold! Won’t be back. What’s happening with customer service now a days??????

No stars i guess? Idk. Says their open but they will not take your order inside. 3 of em just stood staring at me whilst I patiently waited at the counter. Nodda. Typical hires for ole mac dons. Quick meal during a plow route turned into a lesson reminded. Mc Donald’s is garbage. Hot garbage. Save your money folks. 10pm Dec 30th for any dare I say “managers”. But its clear management left this branch awhile ago

One of the worst experiences ever had at a McDonald’s. I ordered a mobile app drive thru order and stopped by around 11:30pm. I pulled up and let the employee know I was “picking up an order for Oscar”. Employee responded with “Okay”. After about 30 seconds of silence which I assumed was her looking up my order or something, she says “go ahead with your order” as if I’m a new customer. So I tell her again “I’m picking up an order for Oscar”. Another “Okay” and 30 seconds of silence. I tell her “I have a voice code if you’d like”, to which she just responds “sorry I didn’t hear your code”. I give her the code and finally get told to pull around.
At the window I am greeted by a woman wearing a hoodie with very greasy looking hair. While she appears to have some finger tattoos which are fine, some parts of her hands near her nails look as though they may be dirt rather than tattoo. She let me know it would be another minute for my food, and after said minute hands me my food with not a single word. No “have a nice day”, no “here you go” nothing.
I take our food home and notice several issues with our food. While nothing was straight up missing, most aspects of the food had something off about them. First of all, both of our large fries were only half filled and were more equivalent to a medium or small. Some of the fries were also very cold. Not just room temperature cold, but like fresh from the freezer cold. Burger #1 (QPC deluxe) had undercooked patties. While not necessarily a problem for me who likes medium patties, I am aware this is definitely not standard for McDonald’s. Burger #2 (QPC) requested extra onions and pickles, but the onions appeared to obviously be normal portioned and rather than extra or even regular pickles, there were zero instead???
The only saving grace and the reason I gave the food 2 stars instead of 1 is the fact that our nuggets were the only food not disrespected in some fashion.
I highly doubt I will ever be back at this location, at the very least during the late hours when this employee will most likely be the only one working. I also encourage others looking for a late night burger to try the Kwik Trip next door. If nothing else they at least have basic communication skills.

Got some really soggy & raw burgers that are falling apart. & the staff said that’s the way they’re supposed to be. They also were not seasoned ask for extra onion. & they put normal Amount on & told me that they did put extra on. I showed it to the staff & they said it was nothing wrong with my Burger. This is the only time I’ve ever had a problem at this restaurant. I always order a big order.
& now I will never do it again. Some of the burgers were Cook fine But still had no seasoning, but just one Burger made me lose my appetite. Most likely what happened was didn’t drain the grease from the grill From what I understand it was a mother daughter team. They were nice until I came back with my food. The way they responded to me made me not want to even attempt to have them fix my order. The food was not edible. Cook greasy and just too raw.

I would really love for the owner or manager to reach out or respond to this review. I stopped by on a Saturday night and waited in the drive-through for 10 minutes plus. I went inside was not greeted. I asked if they were short staffed and she said yes extremely. It is a Saturday night, and I myself am a restaurant manager, so I understand the short staffing happens, but there needs to be clear communication or signs posted so that the people in the drive-through and the people inside know what is going on. I ended up going to Dairy Queen across the street and it was 1000 times better. I’m not one to write a review, but this is a frustrating situation for a Saturday night at only 9PM.

This particular McDonald’s location has continuously provided terrible service and food quality every time we have visited. I don’t think I have ever gotten a complete order anytime I have ever ordered food for my 4 kids. In addition to that, the employees always appear annoyed with the customers or barely acknowledge their presence. Today around 11:30 I visited the drive thru to grab my kids lunch. When I got home two of my orders of chicken nuggets were literally raw in the middle and that was only discovered after two of my kids bit into them. When they were brought back for a refund the manager was so rude and said, “let me guess, they’re cold?” As you can see by the photo I am including these were completely raw. Then the manager told me this was not the first complaint of raw nuggets today! Just save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

Three cars ahead of us for reference. Ordering went smoothly and didn’t wait long. Ordered two hamburgers only ketchup. Plenty of ketchup which is great. Burgers were cold and bun dried out. Fries were hot but over salted. We will skip this location in future. Staff was nice.

Around 7:00pm 8/8/25 I went to the drive-thru. There was 1 car in the left lane and I drove right up to the speaker in the right lane. I don’t know how long the other car had been waiting before I got there. I don’t know exactly how long I waited for someone to greet me, but my app code had expired so it was a minimum of 15 minutes. I’m not saying that’s how long I waited for food. This was before anyone even spoke to me. Multiple cars pulled into the drive-thru lanes behind us and left before we were waited on. I was finally able to be waited on, but received no apology for the wait. I ordered a frappé and a fish sandwich. Didn’t have to wait super long for my food, but longer than you should have to, especially since I wasn’t waiting for fries to be made. My sandwich was ok, not great.
I have occasionally had good service and food that was prepared and packaged well, but more often than not my experience is lackluster at best. I go to this restaurant because it is less than 5 minutes from my house. Maybe I should drive to Grafton or Port Washington?

2 stars was for the nice cashier. Showed up 3 minutes late for breakfast and they wouldn’t let us order it. Then proceeded to wait 20 minutes for our 2 meals
