Food was fresh and hot but two our burgers were made incorrectly. They happily remade both burgers and one of them still came back with errors. Again, they remade the order. The friendliness of the employees was great. The seating area was modern with lots of natural light and well cleaned. Nice place to unwind after many miles of travel.

This seriously is one of the best McDonalds I’ve been at. 69 cent hamburgers is crazy and the service always is better then any other location I’ve been at. Its surprising how much they care as a fast food place in this day and age.

Only good fresh. Service usually always bad. Long waits most of the time. Too expensive for nasty food, bad service, long waits. Better off going to quite bar,pub,restaurant for better quality food and service for the price.

I hopped off the freeway to get some food. Ordered a fish-o-filet. I knew something wasn’t right as I began to eat it.. sure enough it was a chicken patty with fishofilet everything else.
Obviously I’m back on the road and can’t get the right sandwich..

We were on the way to pickup a relative, but we ended up getting hungry. So, we decided to stop at this McDonald’s. At first, it was a nice place. Decorated nicely, and looked clean. We ordered the food, and it didn’t take too long honestly. My food was okay, but the others food was literally disfigured in a way. How do you even manage to make disfigured food? I thought it was a mistake until I saw the reviews with the same problems. We also had a nice attitude towards the worker at the cashier. She was giving attitude. My lemonade came out, but the others didn’t. Then another worker came to ask her, “Did you give them their cups?” She said “no, they walked away.” Mind you, we were right INFRONT of her. Maybe she was hallucinating, but I honestly got a bit bothered since I was right there. The atmosphere did not feel right. It felt very judgmental here. I do not recommend going here.

As I came in and approached the cashier telling them I’m there to pick up an uber order she got real snobby with me and then I heard her complain to another coworker saying how I came to the register asking for an order. How else am i supposed to let them know I’m there to pick up an order. And I heard the other coworker snapping back saying she was working on it. Not a very good experience.

We stopped here. I ordered a egg, sausage and cheese mcgriddle. Even went in too order cause we have stopped here in the past on the way through back home too Oshkosh, I didn’t get my sausage on the sandwich. On top of it HAIR in it!!! I call too complain and I get told by the manager too take my receipt too any McDonald’s and they will fix it. UM really! Volunteering a McDonald’s too fix your issue and not necessarily any McDonald’s will fix it, why put your customer in that situation with another restaurant? UNBELIEVABLE! We have stopped here as well in the past on way through back to Oshkosh and food is ALWAYS incomplete and missing our order! I will never come here again and HIGHLY recommended stopping somewhere else!!!! Blames it on the Brewers game ending and being busy, okay well than prepare for it!!! You know it’s going to happen, prepare and schedule accordingly for it!!!
