Supposed to be a Plain cheeseburger. The guy at the drive through left me sitting and waiting to give my order for 6/8 minutes with nobody in line. So I drove up to the window thinking the intercom was out. The guy coped an attitude, this is what we were left with. Passing this place up from now on

I’m writing this review not because the food is always great or correct but because there is a young lady named Dayna” not sure how she spells her name” that works on the weekend at this location that has the best customer service out of any mcdonalds location in wisconsin I have been too. She usually does curbside orders. This young lady is always very kind and has the best manners. She needs to be recognized and others can learn from her.

Be ready to wait longer than it took to grow the “cow” for the beef you’re eating. This is the most pathetic establishment I’ve ever seen. Will never be back. 3 cars in the drive through, going on 30 min. Still haven’t got my food. Definitely don’t order ahead of time.

Today, 10/11/2025, morning shift. I was very impressed with the lady manager. It was too busy to get her name or to interrupt with commendation. She showed patience and professionalism while training two new employees. The drive-through was really busy, but nothing flustered this woman. She treated her new staff members with dignity.

I called today because missing a burger . I told the girl that I am missing burger and it was an excuse of people are new . I then stated that’s not a valid excuse for me having to drive back to get my burger. She said well I guess sorry we don’t meet expectations and then she hung up . She didn’t say what’s your name or how can we make this right. I have to say Burger King is way better about customer service and so is Wendy’s ! So they just stole my money and gave me nothing in return . I tried calling back and no answer !

I often stop at a McDonald’s for breakfast and do a little work on my laptop. This is the second time at this location where I’ve come in and it was under 60° in the dining area. The thermostat is currently at 57°. I don’t understand what the problem is but It’s not a very welcoming place. Food and service were fine. No problems there.

I don’t often go to this McDonalds even though it’s the closest one to me. Not only is the food often not that good in comparison to other locations, but they also frequently seem to mess up orders even when they aren’t busy. I’m not usually a snob like this, but after so many times I can’t let it sit anymore. Every other fast food place on silvernail doesn’t seem to miss stuff as often as this McDonalds. Pretty sad.

100% terrible location. App duplicates my order, show the double transaction in bank, no resolution. They dont update the app to let you know when the order is ready so you never know and end up having to stand there anyways. Been picking up here for years and still haven’t updated the app in real time. Some mcdonalds have consistent food quality- this one doesnt. Its SO hit or miss that i know i am taking a gamble every time.
Don’t recommend. Go to Meadowbrook instead (specifically in the morning if you want the best staff)

Didn’t quite get my order right, missing a fry, no napkins given unless asking for them. I made the mistake of leaving and driving away only to go back to get the fries – no longer ” fast food”, at that point.

This is the second time they messed up my order. The girl was rude and no apologizing only excuses! Don’t go here you won’t get your food correct ! The service is awful and people are rude and hang up on you ! They must be the generation that needs a trophy for just showing up to work ! No customer service !
