This location just can’t get it together. Slow service even when it’s not busy, orders consistently wrong, and the staff always seems annoyed you’re there. I stopped by this McDonald’s today (October 9, 2025, around 4:32 PM) and ordered a Filet-O-Fish (token number 253). The staff said my food was already handed over, but I never received it. At that moment, there were only a couple of kids besides me, so it was clearly a mix-up.
Instead of verifying or checking the situation, the employee insisted the order was given out. This was disappointing and unprofessional. I hope management reviews the camera footage and ensures better handling and communication going forward.

Absolutely the worst location I’ve ever been to. The wait was way too long. But that’s not even the reason for the rating. I ordered 2 big mac’s for my kids and chicken nuggets. Both Big Mac’s were put together wrong and the nuggets were not great looking either. Will not be going there again.

Very poor customer service. Walked in and didn’t have anyone come to the front for over 4 minutes. Didn’t get greeted. Had a long wait time even though there was no one in the store and only one vehicle in the Drive-Thru. The drinks all seem to be watered down and had an off taste to them. Bathrooms needed to be cleaned there was urine on the seat so could not use the bathroom. For the prices to be that expensive the customer service does not match the price

This place is litterly the worst mcdonalds I’ve ever been to with my boyfriend and i came here on our way home from dells and terrible customer service rude people, I had a burger with no seasoning on it, the employees didnt give a shit about nothing! the nuggets were cold the fries were cold my soda was falt worst place ever!!! So I go in today for lunch and I get back to work and my burger is RAW.. I leave work to go back to get a refund because no one answers the phone there… so I get in and wait patiently in line.. I tell the cashier my burger is raw she looks at it throws it in the trash and gives me $5.45 back and says “thank you” .. no apology or anything! This is unacceptable and I will be contacting upper management .. i would expect this from maybe Applebees but McDonald’s burgers shouldn’t be coming out RAW! If I could give zero stars I would..
