Ordered McRibs no onion no pickle and I guess that means no meat too. Tried to call numerous times before they closed was just ignored. You would think the food costing more would come with better service but I guess not

Honestly not sure what happened to this location but a year ago it was so much better. The staff is super rude. They always have this mid-age guy taking drive thru orders and he yells “What!” after everything you order. Maybe have someone else take orders if he can’t comprehend 90% of what people are ordering. Another time my husband ordered via the app like he usually does and for whatever reason it didn’t show up on their system. The East Indian lady told him the address was N123 and told him to go down the road to another McDonald. He even second guessed himself but this is the only one he’s been ordering from since we live only a few blocks down. Super disappointing. Retrain the staff please. I worked at McDonald’s as my first job 20+ years ago and that kind of customer service would never have been ok.

It’s honestly the worst McDonald’s ever to go to. I go there for breakfast on my way to work some mornings and they never listen to me in the drive through and rush my order and I always have to check my food and it’s always missing something bc they don’t take the time to listen. It’s very frustrating and id go there more often in the mornings if it wasn’t so frustrating

Awful customer service. Had a lady walk away from after I asked a question. The people in the drive thru before were less than helpful. For the price yall have on the second rate food, the lack of customer service makes it fully not worth my time or energy.

Is 2 days in a row I order an iced caramel mocha and they give me a cup of milk with a splash of coffee in it Filled up to the top so it’s already spilling out when they handed to me. Ordered 2 spicy crispy chicken sandwiches and got 2 chicken sandwiches with no sauce no pickles nothing. Do yourself a favor and skip this restaurant it needs to be closed. 9 times out of 10 your order will be wrong or or missing something entirely.
Edit 8/13/22: Ordered a cheese burger happmeal for my kid. I was the only car in the line. Get home, theres no burger! Just bun, ketchap, pickle and cheese.
Also ordered 2 Double Cheese Burgers, recieved 2 mcdoubles, but was charged for Double Cheese Burgers.
These people are beyond lazy and need to be replaced. When your reviews are 90% negative that should tell you all you need to know. Needs all new staff.
Edit 11/16/22: ordered the new “double blt” sandwich. When i picked it up out of the box everythibg fell out the aide because there was FAR TOO MUCH SAUCE. I was basically goven a soup sandwich. This place is terrible at LITTERALLY EVERYTHING THEY DO

They can’t even add water to oatmeal. Am I supposed to cut the apples in my car? It’s fast food drive thru. I thought they couldn’t ruin oatmeal. I was wrong.

Not too crowded. Fun play stuff for kids and a rock climbing wall, small obstacle course and slide. Food was made fairly quick but they left it sitting at front counter, supposed to bring it to table so i just went up and grabbed it myself

They have a 2 lane drive thru system. We sat in the second lane waiting to be helped for 10 minutes while we watched the first lane get multiple cars orders taken. So we reversed and went into the first lane. After we did that, they spoke thru the 2nd lane intercom we were just at. And to further prove the intelligence of the people working today, we ordered two HAMBURGERS plain. We received two plain CHEESEBURGERS. For someone who is lactose intolerant, that’s pretty inconvenient. I don’t know how they managed to mess that up. Especially on a day and time where they clearly weren’t that busy.
