Decided to go drive over to this specific location to see if their ice cream machine was working, surprisingly it was. when I got up to the window, I gave the worker my money which was $.70 And as I waited to get my change back, I got my ice cream cone, which was dripping all over And half the amount of ice cream usually get on a cone. I got my cone. She gave me my receipt and that was it. I was not given my change back and eight cents isn’t a lot And I don’t care that much but it’s poor business to not give someone their change. They’re lucky I wasn’t a Karen about it. Management needs to do better with that store

I happened to notice my order was wrong before i left, i came inside and the manager got me the right order and let me keep the other food as well. Very honest place. Josh was the manager there and i spoke to him since the start of the interaction. Very nice and understanding person. Thank you josh!
