I went and got the worst service at the second window. The girl who was helping me gave me such a bad attitude because I had asked her to grab something that she had forgot to put in my bag. Rolled her eyes, shook her head To the girl next to her like I wouldn’t see that and then she like basically throws it in my hand. Mind you this is my first time at this location. I called the manager over. He proceeded to tell me that she is very shy and he can’t really do anything about it. And that hes Well, I think the manager needed to take it much serious more serious because you will lose customers. I was very upset. I didn’t even get the manager’s name, but he was a night manager, a young guy. Whoever owns this McDonald’s really needs to talk about this because customer service is a number one should be in every workplace. Awful management. Will not be back to that McDonald’s ever again.

I frequently use the drive thru to get sweet teas,Especially in the morning. The staff is the best. From the friendly greeting at the pay window from a young gentleman, to another friendly greeting with a wonderful smile to greet me at the pick-up window, and from not just one staff person, but several. Asking how I am,was there anything else I might need,such as napkins or straws,to complimenting me and telling me to have a blessed day. When my young son is with they are sure to say hello and hope he is doing great in school,etc. The morning staff is an asset to this company. I will continue to go to this location just to get this type of service that most food businesses lack today!!!!

All of them don’t have the sense to speak They are angry They take time to process orders, and the service is poor. They serve bad food. The entire staff will need to be replaced if this is to continue seriously ♂️

We did a quick stop here. I did an online order for a day trip. The staff did a good job. I did not really get to interact with anybody as they were busy working in the kitchen. Seems like if you go to this location you’re better off ordering online.

Terrible I ordered an artisan chicken sandwich from here and it was salty and dried out like it was from last week. They would have been closed if I would have went back so we just thru it out. It was just unrealistic how the chicken looked. Plus it was super thin and way too much bread like it was the wrong meat. They have to do better. You can’t remodel and have horrible food. It just doesn’t fit. I pray no one else receives food like this ever again.

My in-laws live in this town and this establishment has continued to get worse over the years. We came inside to eat, water all over the floor from the mop room (door open) with nobody adressing it at all. After we get our food, the shift leader is telling the other employees how “done” she is with them for today. Then the shift leader has an impromptu meeting with her tattoo artist. She has several tattoos that she wants covered up and sat at the register discussing it with him while customers were around. One star is generous.

Got Food Poisoning from here And when leaving the drive through I could hear them bickering about something and didn’t sound like its very good and I know I didn’t do anything that caused it but it’s sounded like it was directed towards me. Keep your personal feelings at home don’t mess with people’s food. Especially when I don’t know anybody there that would know me. And have always been very nice to everyone there.
