This has got to be the absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life. Orders are never correct when coming from them. As well as what’s the point in me ordering a “Hot” Chocolate Just to get a cold chocolate drink. Don’t waste your time.

5/5 from the 7PM crew on 12/15. I ordered a $5 meal deal and typically other store either forget the sauce, fries are cold, or burgers cold, always something wrong with one thing. No this crew was on it, Hot food, Salty fries, amazing service. I might have to go back to this crew if I get McDonald’s again!

I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews about this location but I’ve had really good service there they get my food in less than 5 minutes while I’m dining in the workers are respectful of social anxiety because I type my order workers are also very polite I ride my bike up to this location a lot and every time they have good service there has never been once that I’ve had a bad service from this location

Okay. I never thought the day would come where I thought I would leave a review, little alone a positive review for a McDonald’s but here I am.
My son and I were done working for the day and was in the area, plus I had a Free Meal Voucher and decided to use it at this location. Best decision I could have made. The young man behind the counter seemed new but was polite and handled everything well and if he had a question, he asked the Manager nicely and the Manager handled it quickly and professional.
My son ordered the 10 pc. which is a safe bet since they are good and I ordered the Big Mac Meal. Though $9.00+ I had the free meal so I went with it. When I opened it at my table I was in Awe. It was like a Big Mac in a commercial! Bun was golden and I could see the sauce on it. Then I popped it in my mouth like a Junk Food Junky and WOW! It was warm and juicy and very flavorful. So much sauce that it was dripping out! Fries were great also. My son chuckled because he knows that I don’t get carried away much at a restaurant, little alone a McDonald’s. Yes, this one was free but I would actually go back and pay the next time if they remain consistent.
Also a nice plus was that they were wiping down tables and mopping floors while we were there and seemed to care about their store. That was just a nice addition. Especially these days.
Kudos to this Duck Creek location. Yes! I took a picture and this is exactly how it looked to this guy who was having low expectations. 🙂

A McDonald’s that’s properly staffed SHOULD NOT take over THIRTY MINUTES to complete an order. The only thing that should have taken at most three minutes was the DOUBLE QPC.
Fries were terrible and not filled correctly. I had to twice clarify I need JUST the cheeseburger only ketchup (everything else was in the happy meal)
This McDonald’s needs a lot a work to get to the GOLD STANDARD.

I work near this restaurant and typically choose it for a quick lunch. However, during my last few visits, they have consistently got my orders wrong. They’ve forgotten items I paid for, served cold food, and made mistakes with my orders. If I call to complain, they simply say they will replace the food without addressing the overall customer service issues.
It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with such poor service. The staff has also been quite rude during my visits. The only reason I’ve kept coming back is its proximity to my workplace, but at this point, I’d prefer to drive further away for better service.
I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. The food isn’t worth it, and the service is terrible. If I could give it less than one star, I would.

Went through the drive through and we did have to pull up to the vacant spot in the front of the store, but when the food did come out approximately 3 minutes later the fries were hot, the nuggets and burger were warm and the drinks were cold. They had forgotten to bring out my hot fudge sundae, but I wasn’t charged for it , and they ended up giving it to me for !!! Not all the McDonald’s have good crews like this one and I don’t give out 5 stars readily,but the Bettendorf, Ia. one here on the Sunday night shift deserves it!!
