The food here is always delicious whenever I come! The nuggets are always crispy and the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit I just had was delicious as always! The staff is always friendly and the service is fairly quick.

If you’re a dasher, make sure you’re on them about about the order. There’s about 20 workers here and half of them are slow, no awareness and no sense of urgency. An order was sitting on the rack and I asked the girl who was just standing there with no customers for the order and she says, “oh they’ll help you at the pick up counter.” I point and say “mam, it’s right there.” Then she hands it to me. ♂️

This place was clean and modern, plus the staff was friendly.
Unfortunately the food tasted a little funky. I don’t know what was wrong with it, but it definitely didn’t taste like any McDonalds breakfast I’ve had in the past. Something was definitely off. My dog didn’t seem to complain about it though!

Is it that hard to make a sandwich correctly? Especially when the sticker is ON the sandwich? I also took my sisters kids one day, we waited for an hour and half for an online order, 30 minutes out side in drive thru. I went in asked for a manager, waited 40 more minutes for her to actually speak to me, she told me my food was never on their screen period till I showed her my phone receipt and said I wanted my money back she told me she’d go ahead and make it, waited 20 more minutes for my food should’ve just gave me my money back.

This was a return trip,due to the fact the gave me a McRib that was without a doubt dropped on the floor. I open the messy box to find top bun on top of bottom bun,ontop of meat. It was horrible. I can’t believe it was sent out the window.When I called they told me they would put a note up that I got a free one. But when I went to get my free one ,I was told ,well I was not working that night so you can’t have it. That is totally messed up..I have contacted corporate office on this matter. So Go there at your own risk. And GOOD LUCK.

What happened to the Filet-O-Fish? Very pathetic that Keokuk, Iowa McDonalds only puts a half of a slice of cheese on it now (and half hanging off the bun). Have budget cuts gotten this bad?? Also must of cut down on the tatar sauce since there was only about 1/2 teaspoon smeared off to one side on it. Super disappointed!
