If you are craving McDonald’s then you will get the food you are looking for. The quality is pretty basic. I got a Quarter pounder with cheese, it was sloppy but it usually is. I wasn’t expecting anything else. The fries were fresh and I have to say Oskaloosa seems to have fresh fries when we go. That is the only way McDonald’s fries are good. I like sweet and sour sauce with my fries and they put in the exact number that I asked for. The service has always been better than expected. I don’t put much pressure on food service in fast food, I just want all the things I paid for/ordered.
The people were friendly in the drive thru. I can’t say anything about the inside of the restaurant.
The only large gripe I would say about the whole experience and why we don’t usually eat out is the price. There were 2 of us we ordered a Quarter pounder meal, nugget meal and it all ends up being well over 20 dollars. That is far to expensive for fast food. They are making too much at the top.

Was here earlier and really disappointed. Not trying to be rude… but things definitely need addressed. Took over 15 mins to get my food. It was just myself and a family member. She said the bathroom is so cold you could freeze water in there. Then I checked out my bathroom.. urinal is broken and has a bag over it. Toilet in my bathroom is also broken and full of urine and toilet paper. Couldn’t sit where we wanted because most everything was closed off with trash cans. Next time I’m here and I see this I’ll be moving the trash cans out of the way and sitting where I want to sit. Wasn’t even 9pm yet. Then when I went to the counter to politely see what was going on with my order it took quite a while for someone to acknowledge my existence.. then I guess someone cleared the order off the screen so they were not even in the process of making my order at all until I went to the counter wondering why it wasn’t done yet. Drive thru wasn’t busy at all much less dine in. So not sure what the issue was. Seems to be lack of care/effort/motivation. Then when I got my orange juice it was pretty much warm. Like legit barely even cold. I’m including the pictures of the broken urinal, broken toilet/gross toilet and areas blocked off as proof. To management (if there is any): There is no reason for all this. If you can’t fix these things in a timely fashion then give up your job to someone that will. There seemed to be at least four different guys that were on break/just goofing around or whatever around the corner in the area where the booths area. My review and pictures should speak volumes.

If you want a long wait for the wrong food this is the place to go. It doesn’t matter what you order, you get what you get. Every time I order here my order is missing something. I ordered online today, a QPC + extra for a 2nd patty. Large fries. Pulled in at 4:05 to pick up. Was asked to pull around to wait for my food to be made. Did not receive my food until 4:35. They entirely forgot about me, and then gave me a bag with cold food, and the wrong food. I’m over giving them the benefit of the doubt.

Manager made a huge mistake – you hung up on my wife and now I will call Corporate and potentially our attorney?!.

Asked for table service in the app. After 15 minutes went looking for my food—it was sitting cold in a bag on the counter. And I still had to get the attention of an employee to get my drink cup. “We’re short staffed”. Well keep up the mediocrity and you’ll have more time on your hands. Wouldn’t come back here—there’s another McD’s a few miles away anyway.

New remodel. Horrible indifferent employees. Bare chicken sandwich unlike pictured. Not offered ketchup. And ice cream machine broken ! 3 children upset along with their mom. Disgusted , never going to a McDonald’s here again! It used to be a very busy place.

Worst spicy chicken I ever had. Dry as hell and tiny. Literally the smallest I’ve ever had. Almost had my partner turn around and demand money back. Pretty sure we both ordered large fries n I got smaller. No 2nd chances here.

Simple mistake was to not put napkins in my bag for my online order. Not a simple mistake to see me at the counter and not acknowledge me as a customer; all people that are not of my nation are not racist, yet a man that is of the employee’s nationality comes in, they turn right around and good morning him! Customer service here on today 6-4-2025 gets 1 star for simply being a service! Thank you for you service of not being polite.
