This place will screw you over and over, I’m completely done with this place!! I went to the drive up and they had on the board, $8.00 Big Mac value meal. I ordered it, cashier said $10.05. I said, it said $8, she said, the tax differs I’ll show you the receipt. I got home and talked to the manager and he said it’s not $8 it’s $9.39. I said go outside and look. He said I don’t have to, I know what it says! Wow! Very incompetent! He doesn’t know the specials!! Go back to school! The food never looks like the pictures, plus the food is always cold!!
Ordered a fish sandwich and small fries, they told me to pull up because they were waiting on fries. Got my order few minutes later, got home and fries were under cooked and the fish sandwich looked like this!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Today my family and I stopped for lunch about 1:00. When we got there, we were the only ones in the drive through. The food runner bringing orders out kept verifying our order with us to make sure she handed out the correct order. At one point she took our receipt inside with her to make sure our order got prioritized to bring out. It had been 30 minutes of this and we still didn’t have our food. She came back out so I decided to wait and see if she had our order. When she checked with us, she couldn’t believe that they still didn’t have our order out and was very apologetic. I told her it wasn’t her fault and asked if there was a manger inside I could talk to for a refund. She told me to ask for Carmen. She came back in right after me and told Carmen that I would like a refund. The manager never talked to me to ask what my order was to refund and instead refunded a random order that was similar and had a different employee come over. I corrected them on what order was mine that needed to be refunded. Instead of correcting it, she sent a different employee over with the same wrong refund. This happened 3 times before they got it right. By the time I left it had been 40 minutes since we ordered and paid. The manager never apologized to me or tried to correct or make up for what went wrong. I was very disappointed in the manager’s “customer service” if you could even call it that. The high school girl running food out was the only one to apologize and clearly felt really bad about the whole situation.

I stopped by for breakfast on my way to work around 5:15 am. I pulled up to the speaker to orders and waited patiently for around 3 to 5 minutes after a couple minutes went by without anyone coming on the speaker I said hello in a curious way to see if they acknowledged me and they’re lady responded about a minute afterwards saying hang on I’ll be with you in a few. I figured she was having a rough start so I shrugged it off. I ordered street she finally got to me and when I pulled up to window I handed her the cash she went to hand me the change and I guess I wasn’t close enough for her because she very rudely said you can reach to get your change can’t you. I did nothing out of the ordinary I go to mcdonalds quite often and have never had this problem. I asked for her name from a coworker he said a first name but didn’t know her last name. I asked her when she finally brought my order to the other window and she told me a different name after rudely asking why. She wouldn’t give me a last name at all. How she is even a manager is beyond my imagination because she was very unprofessional and rude even after I was more than patient. I even said I was sorry I didn’t realize i was out of her reach I was completely unaware. I will not be returning to this location again. I worked at mcdonalds and the location i worked at for half of what they get paid now would’ve never tolerated any employee acting the way she did period. I’ve said my peace and I hope something is done with the situation because I’m sure I’m not they’re only customer with this issue. This happened yesterday morning I needed to think this through before responding for there simple fact it ruined my appetite and mood! The food got thrown out and there start of my day was pretty uneasy needless to say.

Order two smoothies through the drive thru because of the apparently they’re shake machine was out, and they had us pull up to wait 20 minutes for 2 smoothies what a joke You better off going to 33rd Ave. The machine’s always broken because they’re too lazy to actually do their job. I find that funny because no matter when I come here it always seems like it’s broken. They gave me 2 medium smoothies at first then had to go back to make the one large smoothies I payed for. I asked for 2 smoothies one medium, one large how hard is that, in all could have been better the kid gets giving us our food I felt bad for him. I have respect for the kid for acknowledging us and all the rest of the employees that came out and gave food to the people behind us and all that they can go screw themselves so disrespectful, we’re not sitting there for no reason also caught them glancing at us so it’s not like they didn’t know we were there they just didn’t want to bother dealing with us, except for that one kid Good job to that one kid that is actually doing his job. I’m not normally disrespectful but if your going to be that ignorant of your customers You should not be working there i was there around 4:52 waiting for my order and it takes until 5:15 ish what a joke

This was a great little mcdonald’s to stop at nearly 11:45 at night. The workers were friendly and seemed to enjoy their job. We did have a short wait but our food was extremely hot and it was more than understandable for the time if night. We ordered extra condiments here and received more than we asked for it was very nice because we did not receive any condiments, two nights before at the wendy’s next door( see our review on wendy’s) All in all, I would definitely eat it this McDonald’s again, because the food was hot and they were not stingy.On the condiments, like that other crappy place.

By far the worst fast food place! I went there for the angel reese meal (excuse how the food look) but the meat was bloody. I was breaking the sandwich apart just to see if all was like that and it was. The manger Marquese was very confrontational I simply wanted my money back and because I drunk the drink he wouldn’t refund it. He kept asking about the fries and high were in the middle of the sandwich mind you it was suppose to be a medium fry and it was small. The manager Victoria walked up and didn’t do anything and the employee slyvie was wasn’t much help either. They made me feel like I’m in the wrong when in fact it was their mistake. The offered chicken nuggets. I didn’t come for chicken nuggets so no I don’t want that, he offered to replace the sandwich no I didn’t trust that. I just wanted my money back OR they could’ve given me my money back for the BLOODY sandwich. So I’m without a meal and my money!

After work today I was craving McDonald’s. I haven’t had a delicious burger from a local fast food place in a very long time. This particular place was on my way home. I ordered the Quarter pound with cheese, fries and sprite. Completely forgetting that it was dinner time at time of my stop I was pleasantly surprised by what I saw. Group of employees, I’d say around 20 busting their backs to make and serve food. All working as a team. Not one section more important than the rest. In step with one another. Best of all was their attitude. They seemed to have fun doing it. Haven’t seen a McDonald’s crew work so efficiently since my days of taking bus trips to see the Cubs play then stopping later on at DeKalb Oasis for food. This restaurant and it’s employees, management and owners should be commended. Fast delicious food served in a timely manner. No loud yelling. No bitterness. No anger. Just fun, good times and great food. Great job everyone. Keep up the good work. In my opinion of course.

Absolutely horrendous food. Order was wrong, after waiting 20 minutes in drive thru the online order was all wrong, it tasted horrible and was an absolute waste of money. Only way to get money back from Choke and Puke is to go back to the store. Yeah and waste even more time and money, dont think so. Last trip ever to McDonald’s. Too much competition to go there again.
The feedback takes you to a link that asks for information from a receipt. Online order receipts dont give the information needed for the form. Just another way to run people in circles to not have to change anything. Again, done with McDonald’s, too many other better places, prices for McDonald’s have got too high to deal with issues like this.

Every single table is always dirty there was one clean ish table and we still had to wipe it off and clean the seats before we could sit down and the dinning area floor is never clean with large amounts of trash on the floor. The workers walked around but none of them picked anything up they just looked at it and walked away. Very disgusting.

Drive service is awful. Multiple times I’ve been here, I have to wait in the drive through and then wait up to 20 minutes or longer after my order to receive any food. I’m sitting in curb side now, I haven’t seen a single person waiting from drive through get their food. I’ve been sitting for 10 minutes. This restaurant can’t get it together and prepare for a rush at all. Good comes back cold or wrong or both.
