Not a bad location! Especially if you use the curbside pickup through the app. I’m never in much of a hurry, so it always meets my expectations. Nice staff! The inside tables could be cleaner for sure, but for being the only McDonald’s within miles, I don’t expect different. They’re working really hard on other things, such as helping each customer, getting orders right (every time for me), and keeping up with drive thru and curbside/delivery/drive thru orders. Nice job Missouri Valley McDonald’s!

Check out the photo – no menu listed anymore. The employee said the reason was so we would order ourselves using the kiosks. Unbelievable!! I think it’s so McDonalds doesn’t have to employ people.

This is the best McDonald’s I’ve been to thus far. I didn’t know a McDonald’s burger could be made that perfectly and the fries were a perfectly good crisp. As someone who has driven through 30 out of 50 states multiple times and has eaten McDonald’s atome point or another in each of those 30 states this location is the best so far.

Two tickets, 5 meals and couldn’t get two of those meals correct. No help at the counter, people who cant read to go order tickets. Other customers were complaining also.

Pretty sure every table was dirty despite there being 5 customers. Both trashes were full. One ketchup dispenser was empty. The entire drink bar was wet with spills and melted ice. This location is gross.
If corporate is reading this, the self-order kiosk is your worst idea yet. It takes more time to complete an order, is dirty, and reduces the staff lobby awareness. You might save on an employee, but you’ve also lost a customer.

From the drive through to the window. They don’t give a crap about you or your order. My order was simple and shouldn’t have been a problem but they treat you like your a problem. I won’t be doing any business there. Your better odd eating a gass staion burrito

Worst McDonald’s ever. Buns were dry hamburgers were rubbery. We were on a road trip and we didn’t want to turn around. We were eating in the car while driving. Never again. Very bad food and experience all in one. We only took a couple of bites and threw the crap out on the next gas station garbage can. Wasted our money. Should be compensated. We ordered 2 two single cheese burgers 2 fries and 2 strawberry shakes meals. The food was cold and the shakes were really runny. Had to pull forward in the drive- thru and wait for cold food. Their was nobody behind us.

NEW MANAGEMENT A.S.A.P. !!!!! A fast food restaurant or any restaurant should ever be this dirty ..food on tables,food on the floors, trash cans over flowing ..sticky tables,dirty windows, parking lot had trash everywhere..not very inviting at all ..brooms and dust mops left sitting in the lobby ..I’m giving this McDonald’s 1 star only for the fact that are food order was correct ..and I got 5 extra nuggets because apparently they do not take the time to count out 20 nuggets ..and the bathroom was disgusting this McDonald’s is very poorly ran ..employees were polite and did bring us are order to the table in a timely manner but we were so distracted by the Flys that were everywhere that we took are meal To go !! Do better McDonald’s we even had to clean are own table before we could sit down

Food was hot and the service was quick. My only complaint would be what a ripoff it’s become over the last few years. $25 for two mcgriddle meals with orange juices is utterly ridiculous.
