Wait in line to order fine but get to window to pick up they always say pull around and we will bring it out and then the order is in correct 9 out of 10 times. So always check your order to make sure it’s correct thwn they get upset if you call them out that order isn’t right .

I ordered a simple happy meal and cheeseburger with fries and ended up waiting over 20 minutes whilst other customers went right through the line with no issues with happy meals and bags. I worked at McDonald’s as a first job for about two years- I understand what it’s like – yet I still don’t understand why I had to wait almost half an hour for my food. When I went around the line again the young lady in the window told me to just stay parked and wait… which I’d already been doing for 15 minutes at the time.

Went to McDonalds with my daughter and granddaughter to get some fries and shakes. The prices are outrageous for the “food” that they serve. Ordered medium fries, the containers were half full and fries had tons of salt on them. They don’t have chocolate shakes so I ordered a hot mocha instead. It took 20 minutes to get our complete order. They took my drink outside and tried to give it to someone else, then tried to give it to me. The incompetence is off the chart here. And the rudeness of the employees is unbelievable. I don’t recommend going here at any time. You’d be better going to the BK across the street. Better food, faster service, nicer employees.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too! We ordered a Strawberry Shortcake Mcflurry and it was given to us half filled in the cup. The line situation is a complete joke. We waited for 15 minutes for cold fries. I hate this place!
