I went to this McDonald’s location this morning on my out of town. The drive thru person was nice and professional, but no one else was. I said thank you to the person handing me my food and they just glared at me… regardless, I don’t know how you mess up a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit but they did! They put onion, mayo, and a small hamburger on the biscuit. I didn’t look at it before taking a bite, and I learned my lesson. I almost threw up. It was the most disgusting and disappointing sandwich ever. I do not recommend this location. I will not be going back.

Come on McDonald’s, do better! Ordered online, I realize sometimes things don’t always work electronically but waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged, even after receiving the notice my order was ready. Then had to pull up details so they could make the order again because they couldn’t find it. Waited another 5 minutes, no one else in the place or drive thru. Got my order, my sandwich is pictured. WTH is this??? Had to literally stop at the gas station next door to cook the mess because the steak was still frozen in the middle.

I order the same thing many times a week and there is always something wrong with it. I’ve called countless times and been hung up on before when requesting to get my meal fixed. When my order is fixed I have to repeat myself 8 times to various people they hand the phone off to. Don’t go to this McDonald’s unless you don’t want all of your food.

Walking in there was a tornado of food wrappers, recipes, and stray fries on the floor right by the registers. In addition, the foyer smelled like urine from the nearby bathrooms; quite pungent. When our order was placed the machine did not dispense a receipt so we did not know what our order number was, only the contents. When our order was ready, the female attendant dropped our order on the ground because she missed the take away counter, so she had to remake our fries since they spilled out. This took about :10. Then when an order was announced, thinking it was ours, we politely asked the male attendant what the order was and he retorted the number he called and walked away. This was a short stop on our drive back to Denver but I would recommend avoiding this location if you are traveling through or a local.

We had a bad experience at the restaurant. We ordered food to pick up from the car but waited for 25 minutes and no one came. So, we went inside and waited for another 10 minutes to get our food. When we got home and opened the food, we found that the large fries were almost empty, while the medium fries were full. We’ve had problems with this restaurant before, and after this time, we won’t go back there again.

The drive thru lady was not taking my order in a nice way and it was after 8pm and I requested a chicken sandwich and she kept saying to me a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. After she did this 3xs I told her nevermind and drove away and as I was driving away she was yelling out the drive thru window at me. This was ridiculous and when I go to this location for lunch the lady is extremely nice and kind thst waits on me. Maybe give your staff some proper customer service training because this was terrible service and I left feeling very upset.

since y’all wanna delete an HONEST review I’ll go ahead and give more details:) I ordered a Quarter Pounder Deluxe, the bottom of the burger had a THICK layer of gross grill build up, I have worked many fast food places so I know exactly what this looks like, I couldn’t bare to take more than one bite after looking at it. This place is DISGUSTING. Along with the fact I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie that came FROTHY, no ice at all, and the lady gave me attitude when I asked for it to be remade. I have traveled all across states, never had an experience like this one. ZERO STARS!

There we were, 5:30am, Des Moines. My buddy and I were 16 hours into our drive, and in desperate need for a meal. We saw McDonald’s opened at 5:00, and thought ‘Hey, why not?’ In our latest hour of desperation, we ordered sandwiches and coffees. We were met with delicious food, and wonderful service. We were kindly offered more coffee, but we were so stuffed, we had to decline. What a wonderful way to start the day at the Des Moines McD.
