Ordered a nugget meal and quarter pounder meal. No honey bbq sauce that I asked for which I can accept however, they took the bag back after handing it to us to do something with it. Took the fries back out apparently and left us with no fries with the meal. Ordered two Big Mac meals – was asked twice at the second window after paying what my order was. After 20 minutes of waiting they asked me to pull up to the third window. Does this look like a Big Mac to you? Looks like a double cheeseburger with an extra bun??? No special sauce, lettuce etc. very unfortunate won’t eat here again.

I received Great Customer Service from the employees who served me. I wasn’t thrilled about the “Late Night Menu” that only offers 6 menu choices after Midnight. However because of the limited options available, the drive-thru line was very speedy considering the volume of customers.

As always they need more help. I know employers have a hard time finding good help post Covid but I don’t understand why kids these days don’t want to make an easy $15 per hour. Heck back in my day which wasn’t an extremely long time ago, minimum wage was $3.15 per hour and as a teenager I was glad to be making any amount of money because it was mine, I earned it and I could spend it on whatever I wanted and I wasn’t even upset with my parents for expecting me to pay for my own gasoline or for making me save my money to buy own car to put the gasoline in. Kids these days think that those luxuries come with becoming a teenager so they expect their parents to provide them with it. I really feel for the management of McDonald’s trying to find keep a crew that was instilled with good work ethics.

on the verge of tears right now. have called multiple McDonald’s attempting to order spicy nugs . have asked what the biggest count is and they respond by saying they will not take my business. I love ruling at BK so I will gladly take my business there. ronald I’m going to sue you and I AM calling corporate after I order myself a whopper. I am so sad rn and spicy nugs are the only thing that would hit that tingly spot. I am yearning for same fake chicken with artificial spice on it. Burger King knows how to treat queens right.

Worst McDonald’s ever! Went to the drive through, was asked to go inside cause they’re short staffed. Went inside did my own order, waited for 45 minutes, asked about my order, nothing! Then I see them start calling numbers for people that came after me. Got mad and complained to them again. My order was not even Freshed anymore and the fries and burgers tasted nasty af! I know they had my order ready and just didn’t wanna work on it. Cause he grabbed it fast as hell after I tripped. Basically my stuff were sitting there long af! Never going to this McDonald’s again.

Horrible staff. Order is wrong every time and/ or ice cold . When I bring it to thier attention the young girls there are so rude and then refused to fix my order. I was in a hurry to get back up to the hospital so I had to let it go last time but I’m done with this place. Ive Worked customer service face to face with customers for 24 years in management . This place needs some help, good help. Idk if I would even trust them handling food. I never see any hand coverings or hair coverings ever. I don’t need any illnesses there is enough to fight off in the world now. Im go us thanks but no thanks
