Ordered eat in and was served in a damn bag despite there being trays right there. Lobby looked like no one had touched it since breakfast, drink station coated and stained to the point I didn’t want to consume the soda from the machine. Workers couldn’t be bothered to check on people or pay attention when someone had an issue. We werent the only one having issues…..their oil is either dirty as hell or hasn’t been changed in weeks. Nuggets look like they belong on the sea floor.

Pretty empty inside when I went. Ome of the kiosks didnt work and the other didnt have what I wanted from their menu established in the store. Great news is multuple employees where super willing to help me out! Food was okay but I honestly find that a lot of food at most McDonalds is kind of a gamble. Regardless still enjoyed my time eating. Lastly the parking is kind of weird and confusing to get to. Good spot for a McDonalds though.

First time here for mcnuggets and fries for the kiddos. The fries were horrible. They were overcooked, loaded with what seems like a cup of salt, and cold. The service was subpar, not friendly and not courteous.
The facility was amazing and clean. The bathroom as well kept and very clean. The outdoor sitting area was a very nice touch.
This could be an amazing place with better customer service. I recommend another location to get your food.

Pulled through the drive through, ordered, and paid pretty quickly, the guy at the first window was polite, and quick. We got to the second window, and when handed our food we double checked to make sure it was the right order all we said was “this is the two cheeseburgers and two fries right?” And the lady who handed us the bag not only had an attitude, but she responded as if though we were inconveniencing her. When we asked again, politely assuming she just didn’t hear us, she read back the order all annoyed, and then closed the window on us. I don’t know what we did to her, but i don’t feel like it should’ve resulted in that type of response when we were polite to her.

Management threatened to call ICE on my American-Born VETERAN mother who came in to exchange a happy meal toy she got through drive through (she helps her young nieces to collect what they’re missing) when she walked in. Never coming here again. I don’t understand how human decency is lost to hatred. If they treat people like this, imagine how they treat your food.

Apparently you can’t get a small water with a mcdouble deal, i don’t get how hard it is to press the small button and then water, but appaerntly it just isn’t possible. I just want a water cause soda makes my currently sore throat worse, it shouldn’t be this hard.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! It is the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! I have been at least three times and they have never got my order right! For example, I order a double quarter pounder and I only get one patty. I will drive out of my way every time to avoid this McDonald’s!!

Brand new McDonalds and absolute trash. Mobile app doesn’t work at this location. Took 15 minutes to get food after having to go inside to order. Big Mac was thrown together. Fries tasted like they had been sitting in the back for awhile. Will not be returning. Do better McDonalds.

My hubs and I showed up an hour before close and got completely ignored at drive thru despite seeing an employee inside. They even started turning off the lights in the parking lot. I can’t get food if I’m not served!

I always avoid this McD but and accident near Delaware forced me here today. Members don’t even know their own menu. I can order at other McD down the road, I can order at this mcD through the app… But trying to order through drive thru and we get “we don’t have that”. Always slow.
