Too many children playing with toys inside the restaurant, making too much noise and causing a scene, and mocking people. They shouldn’t allow people like that; don’t buy food or eat there. The atmosphere is terrible.

This store is just horrible. They close the dining area from 2-5pm everyday because of the kids coming from the school. This is a half trillion dollar company, hire security if you don’t want them in there. I went today and had to stand outside in the cold to wait for my food. This is highly unacceptable! No one gave an apology or reason other than the kids. Would not recommend going here.

My group meets there twice a week, from 6:30-10:00. There has been times when school kids get a little rowdy, but management always intervene within 3-5 minutes and the problem is solved. Now the food, we arrive there at 6:30, we order and our food is served. The staff is great, the food is good and the atmosphere is pleasant.

Just nasty! Mike Baker… if that’s really his name was so rude and disgusting. Simply was trying to check if I had my receipt and card back and he constantly caught an attitude. Was putting his hands like a gun being very rude and loud. I had to come back with my dad just to get a refund. Never felt more attacked in my life. Made a video on TikTok crying about the situation…

It is not that hard to fill up fries! Mind you, THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A MEDIUM FRIES. Thankfully they were free due to a deal I had, still this is just sad. They taste old as well, and y’all forgot one of my sauces that I paid for. Do better, McDonald’s.

Sometimes this place has good service, sometimes it’s real slow. The last visit I was standing in line waiting about 5 minutes before someone even took my order. Keep in mind no one was in line in front of me. Today it was better. The female manager was very nice as well. We needed ketsup and after she got it she delivered it to our table. Nice new building and interior.

I placed an order through the spp for 2 double fish meals and once home, realized it was 1 double fish meal and 1 regular fish meal with someone else’s name on it. I’ve been trying to call for the last 45 minutes and there is no answer. Not only does it go to voicemail, but the mailbox is full so I can’t even leave a message. HORRIBLE customer service!!!

Door says dinning is open until 11pm, doors are locked at 9:15. less then 2 hours. i think that’s misleading and should be investigated. especially for door dashers

First of all they should put a sign up to say which door they decide will be closed and which open. It seemed as if they were closed. Until you try all the doors. I’m a driver so i needed to use the bathroom but as u can see. I’m not sure if customers are even allowed pass these trash cans they lined up. To top it all off. Nobody pay me any mind I stood here for while before anybody acknowledged me. Left and came back still waiting for somebody to take my order. Everybody is busy on break on in the drive thru. Not even the manager said a word to me. This person here never spoke. I was about to leave
