I have gone to this McDonald’s three times within the past 6 months and every. single. time. something is ALWAYS wrong. First time they didn’t give me a whole sandwich. The second time they they gave me an expired apple pie. And finally, the third time they didn’t give me a ten-piece nugget. It is mind boggling that three separate times (with long periods in between) have had major problems. Not only were my orders incorrect, the service is terrible. The people taking the order, handing food, and customer service were incredibly unhelpful and unwelcoming. I really wanted to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but three times is three too many. Will NOT be returning.

I go here about every 3 weeks to get my grandsons the 6.00 meal deal and I always ask for chees only every single time I get pickles or onions or both on them and I call to complain. Today I went made sure the burgers were right ,which they were but both 4 piece nuggets were missing one nugget each.I called and they told me I could drive back ! It’s not worth the gas and time they could of offered free nuggets the next visit but no nothing. The excuse is we are short of help. I worked retail my whole life and worked short but we did not screw over our customers. You guys are terrible you need lessons from chikfila they have great service.

My family and I just ordered food from there. Our food was given to us unwrapped , wrapped upside down the bun was halfway off the sandwich , we asked for extra mayo and they put it nearly everywhere else but the sandwich, we barely had any lettuce and the 1/4 that had lettuce it was on the side ! Our bread was stale and cold ! The little bit of lettuce that was on the sandwich is old and tastes nasty!! I WOULDNT CONSIDER GOING HERE ! WHO EVER THESE “workers” ARE THEY NEED TO BE FIRED THEY ARE TRASHY AND LAZY!!!

ordered a 20 piece nugget, it took them seriously upwards of 15 minutes. whatever, not a big deal.Although they forgot my sprite, and my sauces, AND they gave me only 19 nuggets. Do yourself a favor and drive to the lincoln way mcdonald’s. EDIT: I come a completely different day, in the morning, order TWO HASHBROWNS, pay for TWO hashbrowns, and only receive one. AFTER ASKING is everything in the bag with the sauce. ridiculous.

Honestly just upset about my frappe. I got a large frappe with extra chocolate drizzle and add Oreo. I get this frappe that’s not even fully blended, like you can see the large ice chunks in it. The “extra” drizzle was just the normal amount on the top. The lady who gave me my frappe said “if you go to the one in Nevada they put the drizzle in the cup.” AND 37c for just a sprinkle of Oreo on the top? McDonald’s what is this?!!!!! At least the one on Lincoln blends the Oreo. I do NOT want this. Straight to the trash it goes. Smh. do better.

Long wait at drive up and luke warm food. On top of that, either the person taking the order or else the person filling it did not listen in regards to ketchup and dipping sauces so I had to go in. I would not recommend this location.

Judith is the best employee at any restaurant I’ve ever been to. She is so hardworking and always so eager to help people. It truly brightens my day every time I am blessed to see her here. She definitely makes this McDonald’s top notch and a special place. Thanks Judith!

This is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Routinely out of things, and it almost always takes 20+ minutes to get through the drive through. Rather than alternating order stations in the drive through they will take orders from 10 or more cars before taking from the other line and they get defensive and rude when you ask why, but I have literally never been to another drive through that can’t figure this out. Very poor service. It’s worth the 10 minute drive to the other McDonalds in town.

This (see pics) is what I was served today at the South Duff McDonalds. I called and at first spoke to a lovely person who was apologetic and kind. She told me she’d get a manager and put the phone down to get one. I sat for over five minutes listening to people shouting and yelling at each other in the background. Nobody came back to the phone. I didn’t want anything from them, in fact I’ll never eat there again, I just wanted them to check their food so nobody else ate mold for breakfast this morning. Contacting the Health Inpector next.
