Always a great experience at the Houghton McDonald’s. The food is consistently fresh, hot, and made correctly, and the restaurant is clean and well run.

So happy it’s now open until midnight — such a great late-night option for the area. Easily one of the best McDonald’s locations around.

This store consistently will close doors before their actual closing time listed on google, app, doordash, etc. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my overall service from this restaurant. As a doordash driver, they make it impossible to pick up deliveries on time, and constantly prioritize every other order. Doordash deliveries are real customers too, and they should be treated as such. This McDonalds constantly makes it extremely hard for dashers to be able to pick up orders, often prioritizing the whole drive thru line and more before completing the doordash orders. The order are never ready and I have had to wait anywhere from 10-20 minutes every time I come here. The staff serve off the orders and use receipts to complete the orders so it appears to their computer systems their times are accurate at fast, however they often neglect these reciepts and will not start them until the dasher has asked about the order 3 or more times already. This is sneaky and unjust for workers to be doing.

Been giving them the benefit of the doubt but I have constantly been having issues even before they started taking my money on mobile orders when they’re not even open. Dont expect the sauce you ordered or any, or a straw, or anything besides them throwing a bag at you during your curbside pickup. Staff are usually niceish but the place is so utterly mismanaged I’ve started going to burger king because at least they’re open and give me the stuff I ask and pay for

We are from Saginaw and came here to do a job. Came here for pancakes at 6:23am, lobby doors were locked. The sign on door said Lobby opened at 5:00am. We could see young kids in there doing nothing. So we left and as we drove around pass the drive through window, young employee standing playing on his phone. Burger King here we come.

Ordered it, it rang up for more, I asked the drive thru clerk they said ‘oh it will fix when I finalize’
After he finalized it still didn’t change, I asked about it, he said that it’s fine
Got the receipt and they did charge me more

I went to the drive-thru to order my food I was in the second one the farthest one out The speaker sets there and pops and everything snaps you can’t really hear the person that you’re speaking with I ordered a fish sandwich only got maybe a quarter piece of cheese on there and that was it besides the tartar sauce.

Not sure what was up tonight, but service was subpar. Additionally, my burger came with pickles when I ordered it without (cucumber allergy) and after I took a bite, I had them remake it. When I let them know to be a little more careful in the future, they let me know it was my fault for not informing them of my allergy. Will likely not be returning. They weren’t even busy.
