There is a certain level of homogenization of the McDonald’s experience. I would say this hits the mark right in the sweet stop. My only real complaint is stemmed from the coverings of the windows of the drive thru. I feel like it makes it a little more confusing that it needs to be.
Also there be some tight corners in the drive around the building. They are trying, and it shows.

Not a lot of difference between McDonald’s locations. This is my local [small town] facility. They do a good job and are friendly.
I’m really tired of being asked about using a “mobile app” at a drive thru.
There’s a really nice older lady that works in the drive thru order taking… always asks if she can give my dogs a treat.
Nice ice damn off the back of the facility each year.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!!!! My wife was in line to order a tarter sauce which was not on the kiosk menu. The girl behind the counter was very rude and stated “you’re in the wrong line, the line to order was over there” in probably the bitchiest tone I’ve ever heard!!! Then we waited in line at the soda fountain while an employee was filling drive thru soda orders and was completely oblivious to us standing there. When he saw us all he said was I have to fill the drive thru orders and did not care there was a line of customers to fill their soda. Apparently drive thru customers at this location rate higher and mean more to in house dining customers. The manager came out and heard what I had to say and didn’t resolve a thing. She just turned and walked away and told her employee if you have any other issues you need me to handle, let me know…. Frankly she didn’t handle the issue at hand!!!! Total and utter incompetence on so many levels, I will never repeat never give this place business ever again!!! Total lack of people skills and management

Allways have great service at this Micky Ds. I have been in a few times and allways clean and respectful. Always get our order correct and that’s awesome compared to some. If u are driving through it’s worth a stop.

Ordered through the app, didn’t change anything re: customizing my order which was a McChicken value meal and my sandwich had the bun, big piece of chicken and 2 tiny pickles… wth?! What happened to the mayo and the lettuce… yuck.. now I’ll wait til I get home to eat it try to doctor it up.. seriously how does someone screw up a McChicken?!

The team working was amazing when we came in unexpectedly with a bus of students. They dealt swiftly and professionally to remove some young boys not from our group who were being inappropriate and perverse with our female students.

Fries are cold most of the time.This is the slowest McDonald’s ever.They always have you pull around and wait.Orders are never correct .It happens all the time.Id rather drive across the bridge and order at the Mc Donalds in Marinette .Better service ,fast and accurate

I realize that the establishment was extremely busy and that the area was in the midst of power outages, but that does not justify handing out orders that were clearly placed after mine without acknowledging my presence, but then placing an apple pie in my bag with the rest of my food. FYI I am allergic to the apple pie, so I had to either give my food away or throw it away.

We went through the drive through. Placing our order was really easy, that employee was the best of all of them there. There was a group of employees just chatting that could be seen from the drive up windows. At least move so you can’t be seen. We had to wait for probably 10 minutes for someone to bring our food out. The car that was waiting ahead of us sent a passenger in to collect their food, which was apparently just sitting on the counter waiting. And our food came out 5 minutes later. The reason being that chicken nuggets needed to be made fresh. I guess instead of bringing orders as they’re prepared, they prefer to deliver several cars at once? Or maybe they got done chatting? And they forgot our sauce. I will skip this place unless desperate.
