Order was quick and easy. Got to order for a real person. Was such a delight so happy and energentic. Was way nicer to order from a real person then from a screen thats been cleaned when..? Typically order to go, go in no wait unlike the busy drove through. Fresh food.

Good is very rarely done correctly (entire order is usually wrong). Have dined here multiple times and have never felt welcomed by the staff. They seem unhappy and it shows and it often feels like they want me to take my business elsewhere. The photo show quality of their service.

I haven’t been to McDonald’s in a long time. I think their prices have increased a little too high for sub-standard food. However. During a rainy motorcycle trip, we stopped in the Ishpeming McDonald’s. We were graciously welcomed (dripping wet mind you) by a lady who has worked at McDonald’s for 32 years. 27 years at that same store. Incredible. Unheard of by today’s employment standards. She took care of us like we were her own. We dripped water all over the floor from the front door to the back. She happily mopped up after us. I then had a Big Mac and fries that reminded me of the first time I had one. The bun was soft yet toasted perfectly. The meat was seasoned nicely and hot. The Mac sauce was perfect. The lettuce fresh. The fries were perfect. The facilities were clean and working properly. If all McDonald’s held themselves to Ishpeming’s standard, I wouldn’t complain about the price. McDonald’s, take notes.

This is my 1st review i have ever done!! I don’t complain about bussiness online. But I’m a little frustrated!! Everytime we go to McDonald’s to get a shake they either are cleaning the machine or its down! Everytime. It’s 8 at night they close i believe around 11. Why are they cleaning the ice cream machine again. That thing should be spotless for as much as they clean. Also in the morning my husband stops and gets us breakfast on our way to work. We never get what we ordered. We don’t notice it until we are halfway to work.. You know its just expensive to eat there and for them to get our order wrong every stinking time is very annoying. With that being, said the employees are very nice!

This is the only McDonald’s I’ve ever enjoyed going to. I don’t know what they do differently, but the foods always been fresh and they still bring your order to your table when dining in. Plus, the kids love the playplace.

I had a problem with one of my orders and the woman at the register just basically shrugged her shoulders at me.. it would be different if they made it right, I’m a regular customer there and i rarely have problems with my orders if ever in the past. so I didn’t appreciate how I was treated when I finally did have a problem with one of my orders.

Later night fries have been less than warm on several occasions. McDonald’s food quality/quantity is in decline while prices and corporate profits remain optimized but at least some locals are employed.
