I was visiting from Richmond, VA. Chicago Pizza popped up when looking for somewhere to eat. I thought a Chicago style pizza would be great. The restaurant atmosphere was nice and the service was great. Unfortunately, I was let down by the pizza tast. I got the Skyline pizza (I think that is what it was called). It had 5 toppings, sausage, pepperoni, onions, green peppers, and mushrooms. When the pizza arrived realized they put the toppings under the cheese which is fine. The pizza looked great. I got the pan pizza and it looked to be done perfectly. Unfortunately, when eating it, it was really salty and I could only find one topping on most of the pizza, the chopped green peppers. I ate 3 quarters of the pizza before I got any pepperoni and I only got 2. I found 1 mushroom and I believe the onions might have been chopped up as well. I didn’t get any sausage. This was a big disappointment! It didn’t stop me from eating the whole pizza but I feel it wasn’t worth the $23 for a pizza and a drink. The only reason I didn’t give them 1 star was because I got good service and I did like the crust of the pan pizza. It was just everything else that was bad. I would probably give them a second chance but unfortunately I won’t be coming back to Indianapolis any time soon.

I go to this location with my friend every month for the salad bar. The selection is not that expressive but the food is always fresh and delicious. The employees that I have encountered are okay with getting you taken care of but they are not overly friendly by any stretch. So if you go there, expect good food at a decent price, but don’t expect many smiles from the staff.

We are from out of town and here for a football tournament. Thought we would try a more local smaller type pizza place instead of a huge franchise. We loved the pizza, we loved the breadsticks, the cheese, the service, everything! There was more than one server that helped keep our drinks full! There’s clearly a great staff here, that care about their people! Try them out! Its cozy inside too!

This is a comfortable place to take the family out for pizza. Their Pizza is good, they have a small salad bar that is $6.50 for one trip. That’s not too bad. The ingredients are fresh. It’s also a really great place to have lunch at!

We ordered a large think crust, pepperoni sausage mushroom onion pizza. We love Chicago pizza but this was the worst pizza ever. I counted maybe 6 pieces of sausage crumbs, couldn’t find mushrooms, maybe 8 pieces of pepperoni and a little onion. We ordered bread sticks and a small cinn dessert pizza. $36. The bread sticks were hard, the cinn pizza was hard dough on the bottom. I sure don’t know what happened. Eating out is expensive enough an we’re retired. Won’t be back

Arrived at 7:55 PM with my wife, mother-in-law, and our 3-year-old. We were aware they closed at 9, but it felt like the staff had already clocked out for the day. There was no greeting, no goodbye—just a rather unwelcoming atmosphere. I peered into the kitchen and saw everything I needed to make my choice. I turned to my family and said, ‘Let’s just leave.’

Their dishwasher has a public profile and has shared increasingly hateful content toward the LGBTQ+ community. He is a known fixture in this business. I personally would not feel safe eating here knowing that.
They do have good food, though.
Edit: I gave it some time, just to see if this situation would improve. Nope. He still proudly brags about his position in this restaurant and posts inflammatory comments and articles on his PUBLIC profile while representing this business.
Clearly they don’t care about how their employees represent themselves outside of work. If I started saying half the things he said while off the clock, I’d be fired. The fact they chose to avoid commenting is pretty telling.
Do you want to spend your money someplace where business owners don’t openly condemn bigoted behavior? I certainly wouldn’t. Given that restaurants like this are a dime a dozen, you’d think they would position themselves better.
The employee having a disability doesn’t change the fact he openly condemns people of color (cheering on ICE), LGBTQ+ people, or anyone different from him.
If you spend your money here and happen to run into him (you can’t miss him, he’s like eight feet tall), just be aware he’s probably judging you and your existence if he happens to dislike the way you look or way you represent yourself. I wouldn’t want someone with such hateful things to say preparing my food.
Seriously. Do better. It’s pathetic.

The server was very attentive, and made sure that our drinks were filled without having to ask. The pizzas tasted delicious when served fresh and hot from the oven. We had forgotten how delicious the pizzas were until we ate in the restaurant last night. The Garlic Cheese Pizza is the perfect appetizer because it is so cheesy. The Buffalo Chicken Deep Dish Pizza was spicy, and the dough seemed a bit less doughy and crispier than usual. Extremely delicious.

We had such a good lunch. We did pickup and it was so easy. It was very busy in the dining room. Employees were very nice. Love this place
